  The hotel is right off the highway, next to the river. There is a tram station being built that will take guests downtown once it's finished. There is also a pedestrian path parallel to the bridge. The hotel is clean, open, and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. I absolutely would stay here again.

  Middle of the road place presenting itself as more luxurious than it really is. Room is surprisingly plain. Everything's new. Bed was someone uncomfortable, a little hard actually. Bathroom is nice enough. For me, there are plenty of hotels in this price point that deliver a lot more including a free breakfast. I come to this town regularly. Many other options that deliver more for the money. I guess if you need to be on the north side of town, this might be a good choice. However, you could stay at one of the casinos and get a much nicer room. The doors to the rooms are very loud and when they close, they basically slammed shut. So you get to enjoy that throughout the night. Also, the whole football theme is a little overdone. I guess that's the target market. But it is a crack up that it's all decorated with football stuff (fonts,etc ) when it's right next to a soccer stadium.

  The ONLY thing this place has is the river front. There is NOTHING within reasonable walking distance. We went for ice cream, took the river walk, that was nice but once is enough. Check-in is 4pm but our room wasn't ready. That happens but seems unacceptable for the expense and the staff genuinely didn't seem to care. There are effectively no amenities. There are a few over priced restaurants/bar attached or nearby but not impressive at all, and definitely not worth the upcharge. Honestly, avoid. This place is out of the way and is not a destination spot in itself. Just not worth it.

  The Hotel is relatively new. Lots of construction taking place in that area. But this part of town is being built up to be quite a cool place to live with lot of activity and a dog park close by. Its right in front of the riverwalk. The staff were friendly and helpful. Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and great for the price. The only thing that wasn't that great was the food at their in-house restaurant. But the bartender was top notch. I will visit here again!

  When I first arrived, I didn’t have such a pleasant experience the lady at the front desk, ? Not really sure of her name as it wasn’t a very welcoming greeting either way she couldn’t provide me correct information to my questions as I had already paid through booking.com as I’ve done many times before this confusion had me to the point of just not even wanting to stay there. I offered to provide her the information. I asked if she could ask someone else for help because there’s never been an issue before I offered to provide her the information proof of receipt etc I asked again if she could ask someone else because there’s never been an issue before but all of a sudden today there was.well long story story I ended up paying again and just figured I would talk to someone else in the morning. in the morning. I spoke to Victoria she was absolutely amazing was very thorough knowledgeable apologized and corrected everything with my duplicate charges without a huge Delay I highly appreciate Victoria for everything that she did to make my experience much better She definitely went above and beyond and has excellent customer service. I will be back. Thanks to Victoria.
