The front office staff was super friendly at check-in and the valet service was great about having my car ready at the time that I requested. I would highly recommend the Hotel Indigo in downtown Kansas City to anybody that is going to be in the area. It’s definitely going to be my go to spot the next time I’m in town.

The entire facility is beautiful and staff are pleasant and helpful. Use valet parking that is affordable because everything in the area is in walking distance or you can take the bus free. Absolutely beautiful downtown and everyone is so friendly!
