I have traveled for work the last 5yrs & always prefer to stay in holiday inns. I have never had a bad experience until now. I picked this one because it was only 1 exit away from the hospital I am working at. From the first impression I should’ve just turned around & left. As soon as I walked in the smell of marijuana was so strong it was nauseating & it lingered all the way up the floors/through the hallways. The room was clean…but there were multiple patch jobs in the bathroom & a huge crack in the shower. The first day or so was ok, so when I found out I needed to extend my stay 1 more night I went ahead & spoke with the front desk about doing so to insure I did not have to check out/in under a new reservation or pack my things to move rooms just for 1 day. I work nights(which requires me to book an extra night I am not even at the hotel because I leave that evening around 5p for work), my 2nd to last day around noon I woke up to maintenance working outside my room in the hall, when I got ready to take a shower I had 0 hot water, I asked them on my way out if whatever they were working on would cause that & they apologized & said yes but it was fixed now. The next day (the day that was added on) I received a knock on the door again around noon that was maintenance to work on the door handle. Shortly after I had a call from the front desk saying that I was passed check out time & needed to leave. I explained the situation that I had added a night & was assured when I did so that it would roll together, she said no I had to check out & back in. So I go down to the front desk where I am told that I do not have a reservation for that night & they were sold out so I had to leave. Turned out a night wasn’t added but I had been double booked for my original last night. They agreed to give me time to shower & pack my things. Go to take a shower…no hot water AGAIN. I had such high hopes for this location due to the proximity to my job but needless to say I will never step foot in this establishment again

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean and well kept. Jessica and Shay made sure this was a pleasant visit that I would be returning to stay in the future.
I stayed here for 3 days on business for a training course my employer sent me for. Not much good or bad to say regarding the stay itself. However on my 3 hour trip home I began to feel itchy on my abdomen and back. By the time I arrived home I noticed some small red marks on my abdomen and my wife saw a few on my back. Within 24 hours what started as feeling itchy began to not only itch but burn/hurt. Spots grew into welts and the pictures speak for themselves. I contacted the hotel the next day and was told “we didn’t find anything in the room”. Obviously that’s what would be said regardless. I can’t even take a hot shower 6 days later. View the pics and decide for yourself if you want to stay here, I never will again.

The breakfast service was terrible. The woman who served us was rude, and the food was awful. It tasted like they'd cooked it all with old oil.
