    This place was absolutely atrocious when I first walked in there was no one at the front desk to check me and my wife in. Then we latered went and found our hotel room which also was not cleaned at all and there were used bed sheets. Also there is ants right by the elevator when you first walk in definitely would not recommend for anybody even for $125

    Been at hotel since Sunday night paid in advance for 2 rooms is Tuesday afternoon came in room after 5pm the bed is still untouched the bed hasn't been made up since checking in Sunday night, used towels still in bathroom floor, discussed with Manager on duty she states sorry housekeeping gone for the day, will get you full service tomorrow, here is coupon for free drink in bar, proceed to walk in bar not knowing wasn't open yet, and lady behind bar rudely says what are you doing in here? we are not open yet, all i can say is better be glad I'm here on business because if it wasn't she would have got a earful from my bad side, I highly recommend you stay away from here if in Kansas city as this place isn't worth it

    We went to show at KCI Expo Center. So nice to walk over since parking can get limited. The construction is taking too many parking spaces.

    Rooms are just “meh,” but anytime I’m working deeper in Kansas away from the airport, I stay here the night before my flight—and for one reason: convenience. Dropping off the rental is easy, and the shuttle will pick you up right at the rental return area. The shuttle service is solid and takes a lot of the stress out of travel. You’ve got options too—grab a steak at LongHorn or just eat at the hotel. Food is decent either way. What really makes this place stand out is the staff. From the bartender to the front desk, everyone is friendly and makes the whole experience smooth. Not luxury, but super practical—and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.
