- KBKimberly BakerNov 2, 20253.0The staff was friendly, but not outstanding or exceptional. The hotel has a very minimalist, compact room design with limited storage, a small fridge, and no in-room microwave. The squeeze-style toiletries can be difficult for guests with hand-strength or grip challenges, so we bought our own soap. Breakfast was okay but could be better — the fruit wasn’t fresh and the oatmeal was runny. It’s fine for a short stay if you don’t need much space. I personally prefer Hilton Garden Inn or Embassy Suites for more comfort and amenities.

- JWJason WordOct 22, 20255.0I liked it. Check out is at noon. I have only one complaint. The housekeeping will beat on your door at like 10am seeing if your out of room. They litterally knocked 3 times before noon, other than that and also the guest above us having to catch flight and at 3am her kids were stomping on floor above us but that's not hotel's fault.

The two woman, Jocelyn and Stefani working the front desk were great. They were able to assist me with any of my questions and were friendly. I will definitely stay again. Go Chiefs
