  We recently stayed here for the first time and we will definitely be back! Service went above and beyond from Quentin at the front desk and Kelsey at the bar!

  Great experience! Hotel is super clean, friendly staff, comfy beds. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was the hotel restaurant, the Show Pony. The wait for food was longer than expected. The drinks were ok. The bar was supposed to close at 10p on a Saturday (?!) so they literally closed doors even though we were sitting & enjoying our time. It was just a little weird. The had 11 people come to the bar around 9:45, served them, but literally closed the doors at 10p.

  Great place. Staff is OUTSTANDING. Only not perfect comments. 1. Shower pressure too low and shower head struggled to get much water out. 2. Only a very small round table for your laptop if you wish to use one.

  Seniya was wonderful! If I owned a hotel in the area I would steal her from you! Nice location in an up-and-coming area along the river. Close to the market and North Kansas City and downtown. Nice bar area. Only complaint would be the mattresses.

  Our stay was absolutely flawless from start to finish. We both work high stress jobs with ridiculous hours and only had one night to celebrate an early Valentines Day last night. SO glad we picked Origin! The hospitality here is next level. Victoria at the front desk gave me the warmest welcome; she was professional, efficient, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay right away, even if it was extremely short. She had great dinner recommendations that really hit the spot! The gift card and voucher were a bonus wonderful surprise. We also had a fantastic breakfast dining experience thanks to Emma at the restaurant. She was so attentive and sweet, especially at 6:30 am. She took care of our every need, especially my husband's excessive sugar need for his coffee and flavored creamer for mine! It’s rare to find a team that works so seamlessly to make guests feel at home. We will definitely be back!
