While the builds were INCREDIBLY cool, the areas where YOU can build are highly disorganized. No one monitoring them, Legos all over the place, can't find parts, parents not even monitoring their own children. I get the place is meant to be a fun and creative space, but that much disorganization left me cleaning up after other people and feeling like I needed a full on decontamination tent. One of the coolest parts was the Ninjago challenge of avoiding the "lasers". HELLA cool!!!

It should be posted clearly on the website that if you don’t have someone under 18 you can not enter. I drove hours from home to visit all to be rejected because we were one year too old. Customer service was not friendly. Will not be coming back or taking my future children to this establishment.

This was not what we expected. We had a group of 9 ranging in age from 5 to 73. The 6 and 10 year old had fun but it was very overwhelming for the adults with 3 of them leaving after 5 mins. I dont think the adult rate should be the same as a child. One of the employees was very inappropriate with my child demanding he speak to her. When I told her that he didnt have to speak to her and that we teach him not to talk to strangers she still wouldn't stop and kept asking him if he wanted a hug and to go to her house. During the maybe 5 minutes we were in that area I told her to stop 3 times and had to move my child away from her and alert management. This was way overpriced and with the money we paid to get in we could have bought different Lego sets for the kids and they would have had just as much fun.

Great place for younger kids especially but it was fun for the family. They have a couple of rides along with a few build stations that are themed. There's a VR game, Ninjago maze that is fairly complex and a nice little Lego KC experience in a viewing area.

First and foremost let me say that I absolutely love legos. My kids love Legos. My dog even loves Legos (different use but hey..). Lego is such an innovative company I have no idea how this location was approved. Spent $60 to walk in, not be greeted by anyone and have to figure out where to go. We could have not bought tickets and just walked in, that is how inattentive the front was. Once we actually found out we were supposed to go upstairs the clouds parted and we were excited for Legoland. Unfortunately those clouds roared back in when the elevator doors opened. The place is so small that is claustrophobic with all the kids and families. There are a few activities spread out through this strange open concept room, but multiples of them cost money on top of the entry fee. Let me say you are getting very little for $60, so adding $7 on top of it, to put on a dirty VR headset or ride a kiddie ride, with attendants who seem like they want to jump out the window, is ridiculous. My 8 year old is obsessed with Legos and was ready to leave after about 15 minutes. Super Disappointed. But let me highlight some positives. The store is awesome. All kinds of LEGO sets and has a build your own mini fig station. The lady behind the counter was incredibly nice, helpful, welcoming and overall just very pleasant. There were also some cool Lego sculptures (see the pic) around the room, but that is expected. At LEGOland. Or in this case, Lego room. Save your $, skip the Lego room torture and just go to the Lego store. Again, I cannot believe LEGO actually owns this place.
