- JBJason Bateman1 day ago1.0I will not be staying here again. First impression was the place was pretty decent. Walked into my room, 78*. Suffocating. Dead bugs in the shower. Door knob was also coming apart. Because of the door knob, the door wouldn't shut securely. When I called the front desk to report it, this was their response. I'll hang a do not disturb sign on your door so nobody pulls on it. Really? How about bringing maintenance up here to fix it. Or offering another room. He said he would try to find somebody to come fix it and give me a call back. Never called or came up to the room. Horrible customer service.

He was such a wonderful personality, and his food is absolutely incredible!!! I definitely recommend the French toast or the buckaroo burrito!! Great atmosphere and even better food!

As was service provided by Eva at check-in, Bailey at the bar, and when I called to resolve an issue, Sunny was all about it . Eagerly, I look forward to returning again in March for my twice-annual visit to MO!

I spoke with 4 different customer service representatives, and they all claimed it was impossible to give me a refund. I was calm, respectful, and honest but was told "there's just nothing we can do." I know this is how all companies operate now, its just sad that not even one person cared enough to offer any kind of compensation- even a partial refund or future stay.
