Door knob was also coming apart. Because of the door knob, the door wouldn't shut securely. When I called the front desk to report it, this was their response. I'll hang a do not disturb sign on your door so nobody pulls on it. Really? How about bringing maintenance up here to fix it. Or offering another room. He said he would try to find somebody to come fix it and give me a call back. Never called or came up to the room. Horrible customer service.
