  The hotel is nice, but under renovation. The valet/parking company is trash and no one is willing to accept accountability for their failings since it is a third party to the hotel. Hotel is a boutique, historic property with fun and interesting design and architecture. The front desk and restaurant staff are warm and friendly. Unbeknownst to me, the hotel is under renovation and will be for another few months, so be aware of that when considering this property. Also, do not park your car here. PMC is the third party the hotel leadership has chosen to serve their clients and they mandate you use their text and web software to interact with their valets. Twice it failed during a 2 night stay with zero accountability from PMC or the Savoy. You can’t request your car from the hotel staff, it must be through the PMC system so there is no one who actually is responsible for PMCs inaction.

  Rooms are ok. A little dated. Ours was very clean and spacious. The main complaint is the motion activated AC and Heat.... That is literally the worst invention ever.

  The Savoy Hotel is my new go-to hotel in KC. I love the heritage with the well appointed modern updates. I’m pleased with the quality of the furnishings and fabrics. Large pillows and quality sheets. Rooms are spacious for a city hotel. Staff is helpful and kind. Of course the luxurious Savoy Grill and bar on the first floor is always a treat.

  This is a wonderful boutique hotel with great history. We were able to check in early and check in was very easy. Our room was excellent with a great king sized bed that was very comfortable. The shower was big enough to have a party in with high quality toiletries and plenty of hot water. Sometimes historical hotels struggle with that. Complimentary coffee in room is Nespresso and was delightful when we got up in the morning. Check out was as easy as check in. Every single staff member we dealt with was friendly and professional who went out of their way to be helpful, from valet to front desk to housekeeping to the staff in the restaurant. Would highly recommend!
