5/5! One of the best hotel experiences my husband and I have had. To start, the location is great. It’s walking distance from Mildred’s and there is a lot of available street and covered parking. Front staff service very friendly and accommodating. Love the boutique look of the hotel that preserves historical finishes. Our room was spacious with large windows. My husband ate at the bar and said the burger was a solid 9/10 which is a great score! The part that really made me feel like the hotel went above and beyond was when I messaged them at midnight asking if they have portable fans. I get really hot at night and the fan settings on the AC only went to low. They immediately dropped by a large fan outside our door and offered to send a tech the next day to look at the AC or move us to a different room if needed. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms are very aesthetic. I think the price is reasonable as well. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to KC!

One of the best hotel experiences we have had in quite a long time. We got in a little early, and unlike quite a few Hiltons of late, we got an early check-in without any fuss. The staff were very kind and attentive. This hotel has hands down the best bed and pillows of any hotel I have stayed at. Now, the plastic bed wrap isn't the best, but, overall, the sleep was great. The bar was great, and the bartenders were amazing. If you can have the appletinis, I would recommend one of each of their four flavors. We had one issue with room service, but a quick conversation with the desk made it right. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in KC.

We came to this hotel after checking out of another one that was disgusting. What a pleasant stay here! Staff was warm and inviting and took extra steps to ensure we had a good stay. Your front desk folks even went above and beyond to help with bank holds I was experiencing. The rooms were clean and spacious, well kept and beds sooo comfortable. Everyone from valet to security to front desk here was phenomenal and kind! Thank you so much for making our trip great after the bad start it had!

We are staying 2 nights and when returning to our room from a long day at River walk and Power and Light we opened the door to an unclean room. The housekeeping staff did not clean our room we had dirty towels still in bathroom floor. We were left no clean towels and no toilet paper and bed was not made. This is horrible and unacceptable. When you spend over $700 for 2 nights and can’t even come into a clean room. Never will return!!!

Overall pretty good stay! This is a historic hotel with some original features still in place. Although historic, it was clean and they did a great job with meshing the old with the new. Upon entry, the illuminated hallway smelled of fresh fragrances. The check in process was smooth and the staff were welcoming. The room was clean, temperature was just right, room service was speedy, and the view of downtown was pretty nice. The room had your typical amenities but unfortunately not all worked properly. The refrigerator was hot, the shower made loud noises when in use and the water reeked of sewage. The main floor restrooms were clean and spacious. Although I didn’t try the restaurant, it had a pretty good crowd of patrons. Overall it was a good stay!
