THE WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in . From the valet being bumper to bumper on the STREET side being incredibly unsafe to the frat house feel, everything was just awful. Upon entry to the tiny elevator which will fit you one other person and maybe a small duffle bag lol you’ll stop at your floor and enter your room floor where you’ll step out of the elevator to find TRASH on the floor , then in your prison cell 94 BOX room you’ll need to squeeze against the walls that are missing chunks of wood and missing paint so they your SO can squeeze passed you and maybe sit on the stained bench in the room . If you need to use the bathroom you’ll smell a lovely mold mildew, or sewer smell and when you want to show you’ll stand in you and the lasts guests germs because the shower DOES NOT DRAIN . if I didn’t arrive in the evening and have a 3 year old I would have NOT STAYED HERE . -1 star for this cheap hotel DO NOT RECOMMEND . Forgot to take a photo of the trash in next to the elevator lol stay at your own risk .⚠️

I got to the hotel early and went to see if my room was ready, it was not so I took a seat in the lobby. Then one of my coworkers come in. She went to check in and got her room right away although we were traveling together for a conference. She was told by the front desk woman that she let her have a room early because her middle name was the same as my coworkers name. I had to wait another hour, darn the luck right? Let that sink in if you are trying to decide to stay here.

We recently booked a room block for our wedding at Hotel Phillips and had the best experience! The staff were friendly, hospitable, and polite. Our guests experienced an easy process for booking and the staff were quick to help with any questions or needs. We had our welcome party here as well and the banquet hall and staff were very accommodating for our group.

Damage to our car and blamed a third party..will not take responsibility and refused to pay for the damages- also want to know what they were coming back to retrieve an item from our car… Their response: During our review, it was noted that a black sedan—unrelated to our valet operation—had been parked next to your vehicle earlier in the day. After that vehicle departed, another attendant noticed the damage while retrieving an item from your car. Based on the timing of events and statements from our team, it appears the damage occurred while your vehicle was parked and unattended in the valet area, likely caused by a third party outside of ParkIt’s control.
