We show up to the establishment and they tell us that there are no available rooms with two beds. We ended up getting one room with two twin beds and one room with a king bed a pull out sofa. This is a result of their poor organization and managing. We expect to have the rooms that we booked for to be available especially if we have paid already and booked months ahead of time. At the end of the week got two rooms with “beds” to sleep on. However, if we have paid in advance, as well as book ahead of time. We expect to have those rooms ready and available when we arrive.

- NKNinja KaterNov 30, 20253.0Der Empfang war super nett👍Das Frühstück war immer lecker und das Personal ist perfekt.Das Zimmer ist schön und die Aussage: Die Zimmer sind Schall isoliert,trifft auf keinen Fall auf das Eckzimmer 310 zu.Man hat das Gefühl,der komplette Strassenverkehr fährt durch das Zimmer!Die Zimmerreinigung könnte besser sein!Auch die Beschreibung,das ein Safe im Zimmer ist,stimmt auch nicht.An der Rezeption kann man seine Unterlagen,etc abgeben und bekommt einen Kofferaufbewahrungsbeleg!Beim abholen der Sachen,wid dann natürlich nach einem Koffer gesucht!!Nach dem Auschecken sollten uns die Damen an der Rezeption ein Taxi rufen,aber sie stellten uns einen Aufsteller mit einer Taxi-App hin,mit dem Hinweis, dass wir das selbst machen müssen!!!Das habe ich noch nie in den USA erlebt.Wir sind 3-4 Mal in Amerika,aber das ist kein Service.
