The snack area choices were good with hot & cold options & even some nice popsicles. There is a restaurant/bar attached for all dining needs. There was a nice lounger in the room & a great desk area for any working you might have to do. The bathroom was clean & modern & the shampoo, conditioner & body wash were high quality & all smelled great! The caring touches they added included a nice flower accent on the toilet paper roll. Parking garage parking is required or they do have valet for $40. Parking garage was cheaper if you don't mind the short walk.

We walked next door to the Hotel Phillips. Lady at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. We ended up paying the same price but the experience and employees were so amazing. Hotel Indigo was awful.

Needless to say why that is a serious safety issue - how many people have access to our room?? Given the benefit of doubt, say it was an honest mistake by house keeping services - why the hell they need to get in the room with guest, without a knock, AT 5AM ????????
