Had a poor experience at this hotel as part of a business trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the walls are paper thin (regular speaking volume is clearly heard right through the walls) and the air conditioner is very noisy. At regular intervals the air conditioner would get incredibly loud for a minute and then quiet down. Woke me up many times. For the first night it was also very windy and the wind was making a terrible whining noise in the window. On top, the curtains of the bedroom window didn't fully close... This was quite incredible and I've never come across it before. As there was a street lamp right outside it meant it was impossible to darken the room at night and I was forced to sleep with a blindfold. What else? The "fitness center" was laughable. One bike, two treadmills, and a few free weights. Breakfast was fine, no complaints there. And on Wednesdays they offer free drinks and snacks around dinner time, which was appreciated. The location right by the airport is beneficial, but there are many hotels in this area. Surely many others are better than this one.

I stayed here for an extended stay. The staff was all very friendly, polite and helpful. I was able to have my dog with me , so that was a huge plus. The hot breakfast was nice, with a great variety. It’s bright and cheerful and very clean. I loved how they decorated for the holidays, made you feel like you were home. Best part of all , they made me and my dog feel welcomed I would definitely recommend to others.

Another day of smelling pot through the vents. At least they finally shovelled the 3 inches of snow off of the sidewalks.

This stay was genuinely disappointing and not worth the $150 price tag. While the breakfast was genuinely good—a solid and tasty start to the day—the room itself was a catalogue of maintenance failures and frustrating policies. The basic comfort elements were missing. The bathroom sink simply refused to drain, and the shower was completely empty of body wash. Beyond that, the room felt neglected: the curtains were visibly dirty, and the door knobs felt loose or broken, making the doors unreliable. Worst of all was the noise; the AC fan was so loud it made sleeping difficult. The issues extended to customer service and pricing transparency. After paying $150 for the room, they tried to slap an extra $13 charge on for parking. I was shocked, as this was not mentioned anywhere on Hotels.com where I booked. Thankfully, after I brought this up, the representative removed the charge, but the initial attempt and the ensuing argument about parking on their property (where the rep stated it was my responsibility wherever I park) was a frustrating end to the stay. Unfortunately, a decent breakfast can't compensate for a poor night's sleep and multiple maintenance issues paired with unhelpful staff. I cannot recommend this hotel at this price point.
