I wouldn’t say it’s a problem the hotel can do anything about. It wasn’t a problem for us, but people should be aware of the situation. Parking seemed as secure as it could be for a downtown area. Driving in and out wasn’t difficult. Several restaurants within easy walking distance, and other than the homeless guy shouting at the sky, it was safe. Rooms were as expected, breakfast was good enough for what we expect. Overall, I’d definitely recommend if you need to stay near downtown.

The breakfast food is great but the service is by an older lady who was less than friendly. The pool is very small and cold. 🥶 Entry is on the first level and you have to go up for the lobby. Rooms are clean but bathrooms need some upgrade. Walls are SUPER THIN. I could hear everything next door including a barking dog. 🐶

Our daughter loved the pull out couch, and we all commented on the soft sheets. The indoor pool, while small, was perfect for an evening swim, especially because no one else was using it. The complementary breakfast buffet was like most, had a good variety, and the seating area was nice, clean, and plenty of room for everyone. Also, the hotel is a nice walk to crown center, and we got to walk through the skywalk, which was fun!
