    Bizarre that the front desk employees sit in the lobby while they’re not busy. Everywhere else, they have a back room they can sit in. Very unprofessional looking. Management doesn’t seem to mind though, if that tells you anything about how they’re running the place. Housekeeping seems entirely un-managed. Whoever is running it ought to be fired.

    Location is not adhering to Hilton Policies, specifically for Diamond Members. Not allowing them to use the self check in, bypass the front desk, room selection, and digital key option.

    Breakfast at home 2 sucks, also, the lighting in a bathroom should be more than just adequate. The staff was excellent I have zero complaints about them.

    Not a very pleasant experience here. The room was super cold, we had to listen to a whistling noise the whole time we were there. We were woken up by housekeeping early in the morning by vacuuming upstairs. We were told that housekeeping didn't start until 11 am when check out started. We tried to address these issues with the front desk and my husband was threatened with the police. The woman at the front desk was very unprofessional and wasn't trying to even resolve any of our issues. I use to be a former Hilton employee and I know how they use to pride themselves in making things as comfortable as possible. And being the best, now I will never stay here again.
