    today i got the bad news that they only allow 6 pz of the food in the breakfast that i love the most i think o only chose this hotel because of it i leave it on the pictures please 🙏 if you have 50 guest we should have the same breakfast

    King studio suite Rooms: very big rooms except the bathroom which makes no sense. To give you a visual.. the door is about an inch away from slapping the toilet so 2 people will not be in there comfortably. There is a standard size fridge, microwave, utensils, plates, no stove. But it said you could get a hot plate from the front desk. Service: they clean the rooms every other day. I requested the sheets be changed on cleaning day, instead they just made the bed with the same sheets. The front desk staff was friendly when you could find them. The have breakfast which is pretty decent also. Location: 10 min drive to airport, tons of food options at next exits and Zona Rosa, outdoor mall.

    Most of the outlets in the room didnt work. Requested asked several times for feather free bedding... never happend after being told repeatedly it had. Had an allergic reaction. After I had to take the feather items to the desk because I was told no one could come get them. Couldn't find any bell/luggage cart.. was told they only own 3.. none was never produced had to haul the heavy stuff by hand.

    Our family trip to KC was definitely a great memory. We arrived early 1 1/2 before check in. Because we had just drove 8hrs from Texas. The manager Devenie was called to the front desk to assist us. We would've had to pay extra for early arrival check in. But the manager Devenie noticed I was a Marriott reward member, waved the extra fee and found us a room. She made us feel very welcome and had a great since of humor along with outstanding customer service. HOME 2 SUITES is our #1 hotel to stay at when we're traveling. Even though the KC Chiefs beat the Lions we still enjoyed our stay.

    There was no Internet and the front desk didn't give any information when I got my room. Also gave me just the card with a sticky note room number.
