The reason I am giving such a poor review, is the fact I had NO hot water!!! I was told that I should have been told that when I checked in. Well I wasn't, you took my money and didn't care!!! I was there do to an unexpected medical emergency so had no toiletries, clothing, etc with me. Was really looking forward to the hot shower the next morning. I should be reimbursed foe some of the charge as your service was not up to par, or better yet, not there at all. VERY disappointed! I always try to pick IHG, but may have to rethink that!!!

Pésimo servicio, las habitaciones no cuentan con el servicio de agua caliente, y en recepción no supieron solucionar el problema, nos hospedamos dos noches ya que quedaron muy formales que para las próximas horas quedaría solucionado y no fue así.

Upon checking in, everything seemed fine the rooms were clean and the staff was okay. However, when nighttime came and we tried to take a shower, that’s when the problems began. We were very patient, understanding, and polite toward the employees, but none of them were polite back to us. They were dismissive and rude when we reported that there was no hot water, simply telling us it would be fixed soon. The next morning, the same issue persisted still no hot water. We went to the front desk again and were met with the same dismissive attitude. I’m sure they were receiving the same complaints from other guests on our floor, but we decided to wait it out. They said the plumber was on-site and that the hot water would be restored in a couple of hours. We were in town for an event and had hoped to shower beforehand, but since we couldn’t, we left to get food and returned about six hours later still no hot water. When I went back to the front desk, I was met again with the same rude and unhelpful attitude, and there was still no resolution. Very disappointed with the experience. I will be taking this complaint to headquarters.

This place sucks. Room was not clean. Hot water and pressure was a problem. Had to switch rooms multiple times. If this is an ongoing issue, you should probably warn guest before staying here.

When I first arrived, it was decent. The person who helped me and as well as help connect to the wifi wasn't too kind, of course I'll always appreciate the help, through out my stay was great. My room was nice and came back later in the day to a clean room. But the last few days of stay, a stench seems to sleep through despite having cleaning services come by. But what's worse is that even in the morning around 8am, it was hard to even to take a shower due to it being shut or not coming out as normal as well as it's change of temperature through out. I thought it was unnecessary to even ask them about the stench and the water due to my first encounter with them over a wifi. But overall I do appreciate the how well organized the room was, and how nice the hallway, entrance and elevator was.
