The breakfast service was terrible. The woman who served us was rude, and the food was awful. It tasted like they'd cooked it all with old oil.

Well my toom had no hot water so u was moved to a room with no power. They got the power on in the room and I was pretty much told it was my fault because I should have read the sign at the check in that stated I may not have hot water. Was told I wasn't being charged extra for moving from a king room to one with 2 queen beds since that all that was available. You have to pay for breakfast. There was a foul order all over the hotel. The ladies working morning shift were great!! They tried to make it right gave me some extra points and were very friendly.

There was mold and mushrooms growing in my room! I could not believe it! I showed the front desk and they moved us to another room but everything just felt gross after that. If we didn't already pay, I would have left. The location is not great either. I saw unhoused people walking in and out of the woods behind the hotel often.

Stayed on 01/20/26 in Room 335 then 333.Worst experience at an IHG or Holiday Inn. Arrived at the hotel, I booked a King Suite and the front desk said that wasnt avaliable(blamed IHG app for messing up reservations), Noticed disclaimer about hot water and asked front desk if room I was being put in has issues with hot water and he stated that there was not. Went to room and started the water for a nice hot shower, grabbed my personal soap and hopped in to find the water pressure had decreased to a trickle. Went to front desk and told them about room(nothing was offered for the inconvenience), told him that I would be having dinner in the resturant(small menu but food was great and a tad pricey)and to find me a room and check to see if the water works. He brings me a room key for the room right next to me. Finish a drink and dinner off to my room I go. Turn on shower and success water pressure and hot water(or so I thought.) Two minutes in and the hot water is nonexistent. Rinse off real quick, jump out, dry off, and immediately called front desk to which he offers me a free breakfast, no thanks already included in my stay and ill be checked out before it even begins. Asked to speak with manager and there isn't one working. Don't recommend and will not be back when working in the area.

When we checked in we were told that "some" rooms didn't have hot water. When we informed the front desk we were offered 2 solutions- a $40 credit or she could sign us up for the rewards and give us 3000 points. No apologies no nothing. Then we go look at the reviews and a month ago someone had the same problems. We paid $227 for one night. That included a $50 security deposit. Why are we paying so much when there is no hot water, the pool is closed, and there isn't even a free breakfast. I would not even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
