Conveniently located next door to Worlds & Oceans of Fun Amusement Parks. Hot casino action is just seven minutes from your guestroom door at Ameristar and Harrah's Casinos. The River Market, T-Mobile Arena, P & L District, The Crossroads, Hallmark-Crown Center and Union Station / Science Center are all connected free with the new Kansas City Streetcars. The Convention Center is a short ten minute Uber ride into downtown Kansas City. We are new, fresh and friendly.....and it shows. IHG has incorporated all of the meaningful amenities that guests want in Holiday Inn. In addition, they have constructed the hotel in such a way to leave the smallest carbon footprint with many energy-saving features. Our hotel is the only full-service hotel on the northeast side of the I-435 loop including the Liberty, MO area that offers over 5,700 square feet of meeting and event space. We also have a 24-hour exercise facility. We offer an indoor pool & hot tub spa. Guest room features, Sealy top-end mattresses, King or Queen with a pillow selection, (Soft or Firm) for the best in sleep. Keurig coffee system, 55 inch HDTV with a great selection of channels and sports entertainment. Wall-mounted, room controlled heat & AC. "Self-Touch" guest room locks throughout the hotel.

    I stayed here for a weekend in the city. The reviews here made me a little worried, but my stay was great!! The people at the front desk were so kind and helpful. My room was clean, except for a small bit of plaster on the shower wall. It wasn't a big deal to me. The main theme in these reviews was having no hot water, and there is a sign in the entrance apologizing for it. But whenever I needed a shower I had hot water! Overall a good experience :)

    Where do I start. Called the hotel 3 hrs out to confirm the lounge was open for dinner/drinks, as I just wanted to eat & have a couple drinks after a long day on the road. Arrive & find out it is NOT open. Employee didn't show but they're looking for someone to cover. Good luck with that at 6pm on New Year's Eve. Was also fore warned that there may be hot water issues. Get to room, no TV remote. Go to get ice. Ice machine doesn't work. Hopefully that's it for this one & only stay.

    I had an absolutely amazing experience at Holiday Inn Kansas City Northeast! I originally booked a reservation through Super.com, but by mistake, I selected the wrong date. In a panic, I called Super.com three times and spent hours trying to fix it. Unfortunately, they refused to cancel the booking, citing their policy, and showed zero sympathy. At that point, I thought I had lost my money and had no hope of getting a refund. So, I made a new reservation for the correct night. When I arrived, Mallory was at the front desk—and that’s when everything changed. She immediately recognized that I had tried to cancel my earlier reservation. Not only did she cancel it in her system, but she also went above and beyond by calling Super.com on my behalf. Mallory spent nearly half an hour on the phone, advocating for me, and ultimately succeeded in getting Super.com to refund the mistaken booking. I was completely surprised and impressed because I never expected this level of help from a hotel. On top of that, the hotel itself was fantastic—clean rooms, great amenities, and outstanding service. Next time I’m in North Kansas City, I will definitely book here again!

    We are in the room 249 the hot water is not working I had to take a shower cold 🥶 microwave what's the problem is the doors is not open the wall looks really nasty someone clean his hands the carpet looks dirty korax all over the window the sink is broke the shower is open I need more caulking so many problems for this room is no good experience the pillows is really in comforter the bed no one clean it the blankets sting someone sleep before in this bed in my recommendation see the room first then do you feel comfortable stay that you don't quit and run away
