They offer rides to the airport which is right next door. If you get a room on the correct side of the building you can see the planes take off/land.

No free breakfast, far from restaurants and not able to sleep and left 5am in the morning so I can eat breakfast somewhere. Parking is also difficult. I should’ve stayed somewhere else, this was a disaster.

The check in was easy and service and quality of food in the restaurant was great. I had to drop my rental car off at the Hertz rental car location and their shuttle came and took me back, which was a nice touch. I had a 4 am shuttle appointment to take to catch my flight back to Delaware. The shuttle driver’s both were very friendly and their customer service was a 10. I will stay there again when visiting KC

The hotel was clean, but the microwave in my room was not functioning well. And there’s not enough lighting in the room near the desk TV area. However, Ana did an awesome job with the complimentary breakfast! Very high marks for the staff.
