- SSSue2 days ago1.0Worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. Our room was in the basement. The room had an foul odor, the tub has cracks and the water took forever to drain. The dispenser for soaps were broken. During breakfast, there was hardly any food. The juice dispenser didnt work. The lady started cleaning up by 9:15am when breakfast was supposed to be served from 7am to 10am. You're not allowed to take any food to your room or outside their dining area. Even though on their website it stated breakfast buffet TO GO ONLY. There was dog poop at the front door as we were leaving to get dinner. Service was okay. Only stayed here because it was close to a funeral service we were attending.

- BVBarbie “V.” V6 days ago2.0Should not be an IHG hotel, period. Start with safety. Front door opens at all times of the night, without card. No person at the front desk, ever. No card reader at the elevator, either. The lot is well lit, but that is about it for security and safety. Our room was booked for 5 people. No pillows, sheets, or blankets for the sofa couch. And let’s not call it that. I pulled it out to find a ripped up foam pad, not even a mattress. I made the kid sleep on couch pillows instead. The bathroom was clean to a point. Peeling wall paper, cracked sinks, either mold or some black soot in the seams of the shower. Tv from last decade. The entrance has two armchairs that have never been cleaned. I sat on the edge, I can only imagine whats on them. This is absolutely not what I would expect at IHG hotel, and I hold their Platinum member level. Would never ever stay here again.

The person at the checkout desk seems to be wearing many hats nobody to help him out. He went out of his way to move us to another room that has hot water in the shower room 223. Also the remote control cover on room 223 is also missing. This room also is not clean you can look at pictures I posted of both bathrooms room 223 and room 216. We are not the only ones complaining at this Holiday Inn and Suites! We have no hot water in the shower the only hot water we have is from the sink in the bathroom and the cover for the remote in our bedroom is missing in room 216. We will fight the charge with our American Express as soon as we checkout tomorrow! To top it all off they told us there will be a hold of $100 for incidentals! At the other Holiday Inn and Suites in Colby Kansas they never asked us for a deposit they say it will be returned as soon as we checkout! The hotel is dirty, the rooms are dirty with stains on the carpet, the walls of the room and the doors, the tub has a pink mildew going on the bottom of the tub and the surroundings of it room 216. Let me not get started on room 223 the tub has a stain too on the bottom is totally disgusting! 🤢 If Holiday Inn owns this hotel they will here from us. It is ridiculous that they have this hotel open when it should be shut down! Shame on you Holiday Inn! 😡😡😡 I do not recommend this Holiday Inn and Suites stay away!
