  I was checked in to a dirty room. The room they changed me to didn't have a remote programmed to the TV. The shower had a big broken section of the "granite" wall and the internet was unusable as it continously went in and out. The breakfast was meager at best. Both coffee machines were down, no bread at all, the cinnamon buns were empty as the attendant sat at a table on her phone. I am a diamond member so I stay at many IHG hotels. This is my first bad review.

  Worst holiday inn express I have ever stayed at. I’m loyal to holiday inns and travel regularly for work but I will never come back here. Save yourself this experience and find something else

  I recently attempted to stay at Holiday Inn, and it was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely unacceptable. The sheets clearly had not been changed — there was hair on the bedding. Even worse, we encountered bed bugs. No guest should ever have to deal with that. The entire property was filthy. The walls were dirty, the floors were unclean, and the carpets were heavily stained. The hallways smelled strongly of marijuana despite “no smoking” signs posted throughout the building. There were also rats visible in the parking lot. In the lobby, there were individuals who appeared to be strung out on drugs, which made the environment feel unsafe and uncomfortable. We did not feel safe or comfortable staying, so we left and went to another hotel. Despite these conditions, we received zero refund. This property is severely lacking in cleanliness, safety, and proper management. I would strongly discourage anyone from staying here.

  BEWARE FRAUD!!!!!! Have been trying to resolve the fraudulent use of my card for 2 months!! Am constantly lied to by representatives that the manager is not available (when it's the manager speaking) have been told that Shoaib Chatta is the GM - refuses to call me back. Have called to resolve over 30 times. Am continuously told that the refund is on its way for it to never arrive. Have cried on the phone with representatives as I just want my money that was erroneously taken from me refunded only to be told there is no one else I can talk to to help. I will be filing a police report.

  The pull-out mattress was ripped and had a huge brown stain on it, and bedding for that was not provided. The towels were all worn, with numerous long snags hanging off them. The whole room had visible dirt, hair and stains. The bathroom was not clean, and wallpaper was curling off the walls. "Includes breakfast" consisted of a broken pancake machine, an out of order juice machine, some cereal, and a cavernous pastry case containing exactly four pieces of white bread. Did not check to see if the toaster would be the one functioning entity in the breakfast room. There was no yogurt. Was afraid to try the pitcher of milk, another in the party said it tasted like water.
