  My overall stay was okay. The check-in process wasn’t bad and the team was very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. The room itself was a little outdated, but it was functional for what I needed. Unfortunately, it was pretty noisy. I could hear doors slamming early in the morning and footsteps and movement from the room above me, which woke me up several times throughout the night. Parking was also difficult and somewhat limited, which added a bit of inconvenience. The staff was kind and helpful, but with a few updates and better sound control, the experience would be much better.

  Always friendl and accomodating. Service with a smile, clean rooms, hot water, great WiFi Ms Jody the manager is a great leader as attested by the quality of her staff.

  Why the hell are you putting STOCK photos showing you have Costa coffee across all your regional hotels and you scroll through the photos to see you actually do NOT have Costa coffee. I only book at Holiday Inn WITH Costa. If I checked in and saw this I would have asked for a refund and left. Now I literally cannot trust any of the Holiday Inns in your region. Correct this immediately or better yet upgrade your coffee.

  Convenient location. Rooms are nice (seems to be a recent renovation). Pretty standard stuff if you’ve stayed at other Holiday Inns. Breakfast was adequate. My only gripe is the water. I’m sure they use a water softener or something but it was just “slimy” all the time. I could never really rinse off, even if I didn’t use soap I felt slimy. Reading through the reviews it seems Im in the minority with this issue but it just wasn’t pleasant to me. I’ve had this type of water when staying in Gatlinburg but this was a first for the KC area having lived here for a number of years before moving and coming back to visit.

  After a terrible stay at ramada inn on 6th street in topeka ks,i checked out 4 days early. My wife called this holliday inn got me a room fot 2 nights there,every thing wes set up i just had to sign the paper get the key patick checked me in was extremely nice,he even asked me what floor i wanted to be on,it was like coming from darkness to light from topeka hotel,i give 5 stars to patrick!
