The hotel lobby agent and bus shuttle driver were incredibly accommodating and truly hospitable. I ordered some food at the restaurant in the hotel. The bartender took my order and he was also incredibly hospitable and helpful. I ordered the beef brisket which usually is served with barbecue sauce. But I don't like barbecue sauce, so I didn't get that. I found the meat to be a little dry. So I probably would not order this again. The bed slept well the hot water pressure was good. My only critiquefor the room is that there was not enough light. But they had a great heating and air conditioning system. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

- JWJustin WelchkoOct 20, 20251.0I recently stayed in this hotel for one night attending a soccer game with my daughter. I stayed in room 314 which turned out to be infested with bedbugs. Despite the obvious appearance of my daughter and the fact that I had pictures of the bugs themselves, management at the Kansas City Hilton airport refused to take the incident seriously. They even put the charge back on my room after the morning attendant who looked at my daughter comped the entire stay. One manager even told me they don’t believe the room has bedbugs despite the fact that I told them exactly where they were and had the pictures. I have stayed in a lot of Hilton’s while traveling, and cannot believe the utter disrespect and terrible customer service provided at this hotel. Stay at your own risk!
