- BRBrian RobinsonNov 1, 20251.0Horrible experience. I used their Park and Fly agreement. Agreement said they ran a shuttle daily until 11pm. I filled out the agreement with the date and time I would return. I called when I got tot the airport for shuttle to pick me up and was told it was not running tonight as it was being used for a wedding. Was suggested that I call a cab but I was told I had to figure out how to get back in my own. They even gave me a non working number to call a cab. I finally figured out a way back and when I went to the front desk to ask for a refund on the Park and Fly service the desk clerk was smug and rude and told me I had to give him a receipt from the cab to prove that was how I came back. Even though he was the one that told me to figure it out on my own. I didn’t want a refund on the cab I was asking for a refund on the service they sold me and didn’t deliver on. I asked if there was anything he would do to make it right for not following through on their agreement and he said no. To say the least it didn’t end well as he continues to be smug and said there was nothing he could do without a cab receipt. I asked for a manager and he said the manager was at home. Never staying here again.

Had many amenities (pool, fitness room, tiny store in lobby, microwave and refrigerator in the rooms, shuttles with very accommodating drivers), and reasonably priced. The desk staff was the best, especially Jessica, Lisa, and Conner. Its proximity to the airport was a plus as well. Cannot give a higher recommendation.

NO FREE BREAKFAST, they offer a continental breakfast that is ok, you can find a nicer breakfast for free at other establishments. No water fountains, not even in the gym. They want you to buy the water. The place is a terrible value, spend your money elsewhere.
