We stayed here for 1 night, November 8. Room was nice and clean but the noise was TERRIBLE! The biggest issue was our car windows were busted out over night. No where to get it fixed on a Sunday and we were 6 hours from home and it was below freezing. Parking is for a fee and sketchy! DON't stay here. Not that cheap and now we have the added cost of new car windows. Apparently this is an on going issue, so why is Hampton Inn or the City doing something about it!

The room was big and nice. The front desk employees were very friendly and nice to work with. Overnight about 30 vehicles were broken into in the hotel parking lot though, including ours. When we told the front desk they did not act surprised. This happens ALOT. If you are going to stay here please be aware of this. We didn’t have anything in our car and they still busted the window in. The hotel was great but be aware that this is common at most of the hotels downtown KC. The front desk employee was very nice and reimbursed us our parking fee and helped us with a vacuum to clean our car.

Had another great night at a Hampton Inn & Suites in downtown Kansas City. Had a great dinner across the street at Streetcar Bar & Grill. We got our morning workout in and grabbed a little bite to eat before checking out.
