Good location. Walking distance to convention center and lots of restaurants. Streetcar stop outside the front door. Secure and clean. Nice lobby. Good breakfast. Cheerful staff. I just wish the shower got hotter than warm. Starbucks in the same building (connected). Update: on Day 4 I learned I could get at nice, hot shower at 5:15 am. It was glorious.

The two things that really make this hotel great is the convenient location on the streetcar line and the customer service!! I stayed here for one night without a car and it was a really nice hotel! I loved the layout of my King bed room with the bed facing the window and it was clean!! You can tell they upgraded this hotel with the AC, showers, and TV system. The price was worth the location and saved so much money on Ubers and my feet on walking so much.
The customer service was amazing, John checked us in and was so kind and helpful. He gave us maps for the streetcar and truly started our trip off right. That night the ice machines weren’t working and the two ladies at the front desk (who I didn’t get their names) apologized and took me to the kitchen for ice. They were also so kind! The next morning when eating breakfast another kitchen worker announced that if anyone needed ice from her she is happy to provide it. She had an amazing and positive attitude that really brights up the room.
The only complaint I have are the pillows. They felt really flat to me but I could have requested more and I didn’t. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel!
