    Terrible service! Night shift manager wants to feel important and has the need to power trip on individuals apparently. Had a reservation and after getting there he would not honor it. Told me the absolute best he could do was $180 a night and that was with my Veterans and AAA discount! Online rates were $120 a night. He simply manipulated the situation because i arrived after midnight. I decided to find lodging elsewhere. I travel quite a lot and this is the opposite of hospitality. This is hostile gouging of guest when its late and they are tired. I've owned multiple businesses for almost 30 years so i understand you are there to make a profit and provide a service, not manipulate people when they are vulnerable. Do better Hampton Inn & Suites.

    Wow what a wonderful hotel! I travel significantly for work and Hiltons are our preferred corporate partner. Brands in the portfolio can be hit or miss, especially age of facilities. This Hampton Inn exceeded my expectations. The hotel is incredibly clean. The rooms are huge and clean. The fitness center seemed newer and well appointed. The front desk staff was very kind. I can't speak to location other than I felt very safe. Will definitely stay here again!

    Last few times staying Hilton properties we have not received our water or our cookie and even though that seems very minor I really look forward to our cookies. When I asked about the cookies I was told they don't have them but on checkout I asked again about them and the lady told me they only do it Monday through Thursday well this last day we checked in on a Thursday and still did not receive them like I said very minor overall the hotel was amazing. But I miss my cookies at theHilton properties.

    Great hotel in a quiet area, but still felt safe. The staff were all incredibly helpful and kind. Free breakfast was an added plus and pretty good selection. There's a paid parking garage ($20/ night), but considering convenience and the added safety aspect we felt it was fair. Overall had a wonderful stay and would recommend! Special shout out to Olivia, one of the breakfast staff, who went above and beyond every day! Her kindness was so appreciated!
