    The only issue is that I needed to have not feather pillows and they didn't have any, but once I made the complaint they then found six

    Have stayed at this location multiple times over the past year for business travel. This Hampton is new, nice, and a good value. Service is spotty but not unusual in 2025. Unfortunately on my last stay, my car and 4 others had their windows broken out and contents stolen from the cars. Security was notified but either wasn't there or unable to stop it. I understand the hotel is not responsible for theft at their property but travelers need to know that this hotel is not in the best part of KC. I was told that it's not the first time this has happened at this property and would guess it won't be the last.

    DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. IF YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE MAKE SURE YOU PARK ON THE FRONT SIDE OF THE BUILDING THEY DO NOT HAVE CAMERAS ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING YOUR CAR WILL GET BROKEN INTO AND HAMPTON DOES NOT OWN THE PARKING LOT SO THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH THIS ISSUE. DURING MY STAY 5 CARS GOT BROKEN INTO AND THE GENERAL MANAGER SAID THIS HAPPENS HERE!!!!!! BE AWARE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY!!
