Overall, I was pleased with my recent stay at this Hampton Inn. The front desk staff person, Marcus, was professional and helpful. The individual serving in this role on Saturday and Sunday, Chris, also did an excellent job providing information and assistance when needed.
The only disappointment was that my room was not cleaned on Saturday, the second day of my weekend booking. When I reserved the room through Hilton, I included a request that room be cleaned on a daily basis. During a follow up call on a related question to Marcy, who works at this hotel, she assured me that all rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.
When I left the room at 10:00 am on Saturday, I shut the heat off because it wasn't needed. When I returned at 1:30, the room had not been cleaned, including the toilet. I spoke to Chris at the front desk. He said the cleaning staff was gone, and the individual who was supposed to clean the room said she had done so. I told him she did not, and that he was welcome to see the room. He said he believed me, and that it was not necessary for him to see the room. In addition, I told him that someone had been in the room, because the heat had been turned on, and that I had shut it off before leaving in the morning
Chris subsequently provided me with a set of fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. He was very helpful, and I thanked him for his excellent customer service.
So, overall, I rate this place as 4 stars (which otherwise would have been 5 if the room had been cleaned both days).

Don’t come here!!!!! Came here on Monday and stayed until Friday. When I first came the guy at the front desk didn’t even know if the room was clean and had to go up and look… that should’ve been my first red flag. By Wednesday I hadn’t received any room service (new towels, clean bedding). I specifically asked on Wednesday for new towels and clean bedding. Came back to none of this. Thursday rolls around and I came back to new towels but nothing else was cleaned and my bed was still unmade with no new bedding. I also itched the whole time sleeping in the bed and will be going to the dr. to check for lice/ bed bugs as I woke up with a bug on me, head has been itching a lot, and consistently woke up itching during the night. Something was off with the whole ordeal and it seems unsanitary. Also literally nobody is ever at the front desk for me to talk about this stuff!!! So annoying- GET IT TOGETHER

I want ro first say thank you to Raphael. We woke up early to allow my 6 yr to swim before traveling home. He made it accessible a little sooner than usual so we could have the time to swim after breakfast. Definitely went above and beyond when he didn't have to and we weren't expecting it. Only downside is that I didnt receive my honors amenities upon check-in.

Stay was okay. There was not room house keeping which was frustrating and inconvenient. The fire alarm had no battery which we requested be fixed and no one ever showed up. The staff at the front desk were cold and not the most friendly. Overall rooms were good and I would return if there was no other option. I have, however, stayed at better Hampton inns.
