  Overall, it was a decent hotel for a one night casual stay. I personally would not recommend based on two things- the beds were very very hard. I read reviews before I submitted this one, and I didn’t come across many about the beds, so maybe it was just our room? They were very hard and firm. No coils poking through, but it felt like I was laying on a piece of wood. My husband would also agree to this. The other item was loud stomping directly above us at 7:00 for over 30 minutes. I texted through the message thread they had sent out and after a few minutes from sending the text the noise did stop. Apart from these two items, the breakfast was great, constantly being refilled and checked on. The service clerks were brief, but friendly and helpful. If you are not picky this would be a great option. Price wise, it was reasonable for our stay.

  Very nice hotel, the breakfast was wonderful.The staff was amazing. My only complaint is I have a bed back and the mattress was really firm...not good for me personally. The room itself was very clean, though great stay overall.

  Overall, I was pleased with my recent stay at this Hampton Inn. The front desk staff person, Marcus, was professional and helpful. The individual serving in this role on Saturday and Sunday, Chris, also did an excellent job providing information and assistance when needed. The only disappointment was that my room was not cleaned on Saturday, the second day of my weekend booking. When I reserved the room through Hilton, I included a request that room be cleaned on a daily basis. During a follow up call on a related question to Marcy, who works at this hotel, she assured me that all rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. When I left the room at 10:00 am on Saturday, I shut the heat off because it wasn't needed. When I returned at 1:30, the room had not been cleaned, including the toilet. I spoke to Chris at the front desk. He said the cleaning staff was gone, and the individual who was supposed to clean the room said she had done so. I told him she did not, and that he was welcome to see the room. He said he believed me, and that it was not necessary for him to see the room. In addition, I told him that someone had been in the room, because the heat had been turned on, and that I had shut it off before leaving in the morning Chris subsequently provided me with a set of fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. He was very helpful, and I thanked him for his excellent customer service. So, overall, I rate this place as 4 stars (which otherwise would have been 5 if the room had been cleaned both days).
