This was one of the most unprofessional and concerning hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First, we were given keys to a room that was already occupied. We unlocked the door and walked into someone else’s room. That is a massive safety and privacy failure. There is absolutely no excuse for putting guests in that situation. When we went back downstairs, the front desk employee acted like she couldn’t have cared less. No urgency. No real apology. Just excuses. The system literally shows which rooms are clean, dirty, or occupied — this was pure negligence. Then to make matters worse, I later discovered an unauthorized $122 charge on my card. When I called about it, the manager, Tom, was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he acted annoyed that I would question a charge that was never authorized. Between: • Being put into an occupied room • Staff showing zero concern • A manager with a terrible attitude • Unauthorized charges to my card This stay was unacceptable from start to finish. This is not just “bad service.” This is a serious operational failure and a security risk. I will be escalating this to corporate and disputing the charge. If you value your safety, privacy, and money — stay somewhere else.

I had the best stay. Location was great, edge of town, easy to get to my office a couple of miles away, few great restaurants within walking distance, and I felt safe alone. The main reason my stay was so enjoyable is the people working at this location. In a world today where customer service feels dead, this team had a smile on their face, kept busy keeping common areas clean and stocked, checked in on me, gave me recommendations of things to do and where to eat, and when I felt uneasy walking to my vehicle at 2:30 am to catch my flight the young man at the desk walked out and kept an eye on me until I was in my car. 10/10 for service.

I loved this hotel! The room was clean and quiet at night, and had a big bathtub that was clean as well! Breakfast had a great variety and selection. Overall very cozy and clean and I will stay here again!

Rooms are very nice, but way overpriced for the month of January, with little going on in the city. Breakfast was okay. Taxes are so incredibly high in this city. It was a nice stay, but know of at least three other similar hotels that are nicer, cheaper and have more perks.
