Location is outstanding, parking is convenient. Rooms were very nice and very comfortable. Included breakfast, not bad at all.
Sole downside was night check in service. Quite gruff and unpleasant.

Stayed here in December of ‘25
Gave me room #206, which was a center of the building room with no window to the outside.
This was not a bad thing on its own. Problems for me were as follows:
- when booking the room, it was not clear that it didn’t have a window to the outside
- the window it did have was to the hall, where the lights were always on, and the drapes did not blackout the light.
- whenever the person in the room above flushed their toilet, it made a huge noise like they were flushing a jar full of nuts and bolts. Luckily, this person probably had IBS or some frequent need to shove their auto parts down the toilet
So, lights and auto parts made for poor sleep. Surprise room made me feel misled.
Staff were great, and I didn’t bring this up to them, so no problems there.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced staying at a Hilton. The safety of the rooms are very questionable. My husband and I came back to our room and found the mirror in the bathroom had detached from the wall and shattered everywhere. When we went down to talk to the manager at the front desk her first response was “we are completely booked and I can’t move you into another room.” I said ok, well then my room should be comped for the weekend and needs major cleaning. So the manager agreed. She gave us no apology or anything about the situation which can be a HUGE liability. They sent someone up to the room to clean it and when we came back there was still tiny shards of glass everywhere. They kept the same toilet paper roll, towels and hand bar soap in the bathroom that the glass mirror had shattered all over. They didn’t have maintenance there to clean it as it was too late and just the front desk worker was there. So the next morning I walk down to the front desk and speak to Hugo to see if we can get our roomed cleaned again as there was glass still all over. He asks me “I was going to ask you guys how the mirror fell off the wall.” As taken back as we were we thought this assumption was absurd.
He was automatically accusing us. He was very rude and non apologetic. We asked him to look at our account to make sure the manager had comped our room. She did NOT and was unavailable to speak to or get a hold of. Hugo said there was nothing he can do about it without a manager. We asked him to send someone to our room to clean it again and he said he would. We left for the day and came back that evening to our room not cleaned. Glass shards still everywhere. So again we walk down to the front desk and ask them to clean our room so we don’t get cut. He said there’s no one there to help clean and he would get us a swifter to do it our self. He couldn’t find the swifter. Today at check out the manager had comped only 1 night and she was again unavailable to talk to or get ahold of. Mind you we were staying at this hotel with 3 other couples there that witnessed everything that had happened.
If my kids were in the room this could have been catastrophic. All the things that have gone through my mind after this is traumatic. As this was an unfortunate circumstance it still leaves me uneasy.
The fact that Corporate hasn’t reached out to us yet is unbelievable. I really hope they are checking all the rooms and this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
