Nice rooms. The room had a lot of space. I liked the layout of the room. The food was good and most of the staff was very friendly. On day two, I had a light bulb that was out, and I kept asking for it to be replaced and it never got done. I was there for four nights. Most Hilton hotels have extra things in the bathrooms like makeup remover wipes and other things like that. This one did not. My room had three sinks. A wet bar, one in the bathroom, and one in the bedroom. I asked for soap for the bedroom sink and never received it. Maybe having someone check to make sure everything is in the room before check in would be a good idea. The first night my room was missing the bathroom floor towel. They put one in the other nights. Overall this is a nice hotel. I'm a Diamond Hilton Honors member. I've stayed in many Hilton group hotels. Next time I'm in Kansas City I will stay here again.

This is an older Embassy Suites. The staff was great. The lobby (main area) decor is out of date, however, it is neat and clean. Great fitness center! Unfortunately, our room needed a furniture refresh. The springs on the beds, couch, and chair were 'blown'. I encourage Hilton to refresh this hotel to bring it up to the standards of what travelers expect from an Embassy Suites.

I've rated this hotel before. The only thing keeping it at 4 stars is the Manager's Reception, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and location (if you're flying out the next morning). The hotel and rooms are dated, but clean. But the latest disappointment is that their parking lot has been leased or sold to the airport, so you have to pay $15/night to park - and it's a hassle because you have to use a QR code to go to a website and fill out the information and your credit card to pay. All that said, it could be that all of the hotels in that area have struck the same deal with the airport. I just haven't confirmed that yet.

Checked in Saturday night (11/8). Front Desk Attendant was probably the nicest person ever to greet me at a hotel which is why you get more than 1 star. I had stayed in Embassy suites quite a lot when I was in high school for trip and what not. That was 10+ years ago and I can confidently say not a single thing has changed or been updated. The property is really run down. Carpets are old and disgusting. A/C is LOUD and barely worked. Bathtub doesn't drain. Theres trash by the elevators. Only one elevator was even working. Then upon checkout the next morning, the lady at the front desk was not only by herself, but just straight up not moving with a purpose when there was a hefty line of people who were also trying to check out. It got to the point where we all got tired of waiting so we just all left our room keys on the front desk and left. Usually a big fan of Hilton but Embassy Suites is NOT getting my business again,.

Not sure of the room because I am not using my reservation. I stopped at the hotel to see if I could check in early 1:30 pm. I had already checked in online and was hoping to get in a little early. I was able to change my flight to get home a day early so I just wanted to grab a shower before heading to the airport. I do not cancel reservations because they charge me for the room then don't give you credit for the stay. The lady at the desk said they did have any rooms ready??? What??? It's 1:30...so I am to assume all of the available rooms will magically get cleaned in the next 1 1/2 hours. I am a diamond member and have been for the last 5 years. I am done with hilton brands at least with marriott I have not been turned away from early check in this year and I have 83 nights with them, not 1 time. I would avoid this hotel if you are a business traveler and would avoid hiltons in general. I am canceling my hilton amex as well. Update So it is 6:10 pm and the digital key has not been activated when I call the hotel there is no answer... I want my money credited back.
