- DBDustin BulenDec 31, 20252.02nd time we’ve stayed here before flights back home, last time we will stay. Rooms are old and outdated, place smells of both weed and food like people live here full time and cook in their rooms. Pool was freezing cold and the kids only could stand it for 10 minutes. They are nice that they will pick you up from the rental car facility to drop your car off early, however there morning shuttle doesn’t drop you off at departures like every other hotel but drops you off at arrivals. This has you walk across multiple lanes of traffic and then up stairs to check your bags instead of right out front. We had three bags, car seat bag, two backpacks and three kids under 7. Not convenient, spend a little more and stay elsewhere.

- TPToby PhillipsDec 11, 20252.0Really disappointed in this hotel. I chose this one based on positive reviews and having a pool. The pool was closed for maintenance all three days we were there. Building was cold, room was not kept up. Staffing was sparse. One day a delivery truck parked right in the middle of the one driveway and we couldn't get out for an appointment. Our key cards stopped worked multiple times. The staff blamed it on being too near cell phones, but after the first time we were especially careful to keep them isolated and it continued to happen. None of the ice machines worked.

Driver even checked on me few times when I was sitting outside early (4a) in the brisk morning between his trips back and forth. Which was greatly appreciated with my medical condition and my daughter could quit worrying about me and go back to sleep. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.
