The Homewood Suites by Hilton Joplin Missouri is conveniently located off of I-44 Exit 8B Rangeline Road. We are just a 1/4 mile west of the intersection at Rangeline and 32nd Street. Our Joplin community has a small-town feel with the amenities and services of a much larger city. The Homewood Suites-Joplin is located just minutes from the commercial center in southeast Joplin, close to shopping and restaurants. We are within minutes of Freeman Hospital and St. John's/Mercy Hospital, The Wildcat Glades Conservation & Audubon Center, and downtown Joplin. - JLJim LeeNov 11, 20253.0I usually stay at an IHG when coming through Joplin, but being a diamond member with Hilton i wanted to change that so we found this hotel around the corner. There is still many places nearby to eat and shop, the rooms were definitely 5 star, but as I find often the training with staff is not always up to par. I love the feature where I can choose my room the night before and go to my room and bypass the front desk but in this case the digital key wasn't available and I had to walk all the way around the building and go to front desk. I couldn't get the room i chose, which was first room by side door on 1st floor. The gal at the front desk was really trying and I felt bad for her. She ended putting me on the 4th floor and still had issues with keys. I will definitely come back, but please train the staff how to deal with problems or just fix your digital key system to match the great system that Hilton has created all over this country.

The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every detail attended to. The lobby was warm and inviting, the perfect place to relax after a long day. And the breakfast — amazing! Everything was fresh, delicious, and far above typical hotel fare. You can tell the team here takes real pride in what they do. We travel often, and this experience truly stood out. Highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area — five stars all the way!

The breakfast was great and included a shredded chicken breakfast bowl option. The staff was friendly. Cookies and popcorn were available upon check-in. Cookies were fantastic. Games were available to play in the lobby area. There was also an outdoor fire pit. I didn't look around too much since we arrived late, but I loved this hotel and recommend it. We will definitely be returning in the future when our travels take us past Joplin, which is definite at least 3-4 times a year.
