  A quick visit to Joplin, MO en route to Hot Springs, AR. Location was easy to find, walking distance to many Restaurants (we chose Bricktown Brewery). Always love Homewood Suites for their kitchenette layout and having on site grills and outdoor patio to enjoy. This location also has indoor pool to take advantage of. We didn’t use either the pool or exercise room this stay.

  This hotel is AMAZING! From the check in person (Sabra ) to the Wednesday evening dinner (wings, tomato soup, chicken tenders, salad, cheese, nuts, beer and wine and peach cobbler) we felt like we were at a restaurant! The staff would bring our drinks to table and come by to top off if needed! Best evening reception EVER! But the real kicker is when my earbud fell out of bag and into elevator floor and down into the door hole down the elevator shaft. When I went to front desk to see if anything they could do they were so friendly and quick to let me know that engineer will be there in the morning to be able to go down and see if they can find it…..well they did! They actually found it! I can’t say enough about this place-looks newly renovated and staff is just super friendly-we heard so many good mornings from the housekeeping to the front desk it was so comforting! The rooms are equipped with so much kitchen plates utensils etc that make this hotel a DEFINITE MUST STAY IN JOPLIN!

  If there was a way to give this location and it’s AMAZING staff 1,000 stars it still wouldn’t be enough. My husband and I are very familiar with life on the road for work and as such have stayed at countless properties. During our most recent business trip we chose this property based on location and the reviews. We had a potential hiccup in our trip after booking and our concerns were immediately calmed and accommodated by the manager Kristen and her dedication to true customer service. We were greeted with such warmth and hospitality by everyone at the property that we felt right at home. The property is meticulously maintained by an incredible group of people in housekeeping who always have a smile and friendly conversation. It’s not an easy job and we were beyond impressed with the quality of standards! I used the laundry room during our stay and had a sock jump right out of my hand and land on the floor when I was moving it from the washer to the dryer…. EWWWW….. nope, not here thankfully the floor, even in the community laundry room was so clean that it made me chuckle that I was not bothered one bit, at most other properties I would cringe. The rooms were the same, cleaner than I think I get my place to be! Breakfasts during our stay were wonderful with an excellent variety, and warm and friendly faces. It was obvious that it was overseen with great care. I’m sure this review may seem over the top to some, but It’s quite the opposite… I cannot stress enough what a memorable experience we had thanks to everyone working here. Special thanks to Kristen, Jody, Kris, Becky, Sammy, Tim, Reina, Sandra, Yuni and everyone else who helped to make our stay exceptional.
