- KSKhawar Syed4 days ago5.0My take: Very close to highway! Very quite even close to highway (that's my always highest priority) Very clean room Good breakfast, included in the booking. I would like to special thanks to the person on reception when I checked in on the fly. Dec 30-Dec 31 I am very impressed that how courteous this person was!! And all process in 5min and I was in my room. Elevator was not operational however this amazing person advised me to take close to stairs. I was very tired after 18hrs drive and this person make everything smooth and easy. Thank you for taking care of me. Regards, Syed
- JAJon AndersonJan 5, 20262.0Now I know why more people are getting RVs. I’m a gold level member and stay at Holiday Express hotels at least once per month. Prices keep going up while service goes down. This was a new low. After driving almost 13 hours, I’m told at check in they don’t have coffee makers in the rooms because they went green, but I could “put in a request” for one…? I was told there is coffee downstairs 24/7. BUT, at 6:05 AM, 5 min after breakfast started, their two coffee machines were down for cleaning. Also, their elevators were out of service and they could not get me a room on the first floor. Other than that, the room was clean and the location is right off I-44. But the prices Holiday Inn Express charges now are not congruent with the level of service you get.

Large bed, comfortable sofa, and plenty of work space if you are on business. I will definitely choose this hotel the next time I'm in the area. This location is highly recommended!
- CHCaitlyn HouseholderOct 30, 20251.0Absolutely horrible customer service. “Stephanie” was less than ideal to deal with after driving 1,000 miles traveling for the death of my mother and looking for somewhere to stay. She was taking frustrations out on me the second I walked in as I guess someone broke the door. I said my husband had booked a room just a few moments ago. She said yeah well he booked an accessible room and it looks like you really don’t need that. I had cancer on my femur bone and do use handrails to steady myself if needed, but I wasn’t getting into an argument at midnight about it. He was under the impression he paid for it as he had the charge on his card. When I was told I needed to pay $230 more it came as a shock. She was not very nice and became more frustrated slamming papers on the counter. I said since he didn’t pay for it cancel the room and left. I went to leave and the front door would not open. She came over and got so mad she pushed the door off the tracks. I’d give the whole interaction 0 stars if I could. Low and behold he still paid for the room and we will be filing a charge back as I have confirmation I never stayed and the customer service was not ideal. I continued driving and stayed in OKC.
