    Very nice facility and room. Super helpful and friendly staff. Good location but entrance is camped behind other motels in the area. Desk chair pictured needs repair.

    Quiet, restful night’s sleep. Room was really spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy to navigate facility. Plenty of parking. Overall. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

    I stayed here recently and was really disappointed. The fridge in the room made a horrible noise all night long and honestly, I didn’t even go down and complain about it because I didn’t want to be that guest. But the real issue came after I checked out. I accidentally left behind a pillow that had a lot of sentimental value, and I’ve been calling them all week trying to get it back. Instead of being helpful, the staff acted like I was imagining things that it's not there and basically treated me like I was crazy for even asking. It really seems like they just threw my pillow away, which is absolutely not okay. So if you're staying here, be warned: you might lose something important and get no help at all. Really disappointed in their customer service.

    Our room had a strong smell of pet as soon as we walked in. The bed was pretty uncomfortable as you could feel the springs through the mattress. The furniture and carpet were both very dated and dirty. What made things worse was the staff experience. Several employees were gathered outside the front door smoking, and even though we stood at the counter in plain sight, none of them made any effort to greet us or help. Overall, the property feels neglected and poorly managed. Definitely would not stay here again.
