    Quiet, restful night’s sleep. Room was really spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy to navigate facility. Plenty of parking. Overall. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

    I stayed here recently and was really disappointed. The fridge in the room made a horrible noise all night long and honestly, I didn’t even go down and complain about it because I didn’t want to be that guest. But the real issue came after I checked out. I accidentally left behind a pillow that had a lot of sentimental value, and I’ve been calling them all week trying to get it back. Instead of being helpful, the staff acted like I was imagining things that it's not there and basically treated me like I was crazy for even asking. It really seems like they just threw my pillow away, which is absolutely not okay. So if you're staying here, be warned: you might lose something important and get no help at all. Really disappointed in their customer service.

    Our room had a strong smell of pet as soon as we walked in. The bed was pretty uncomfortable as you could feel the springs through the mattress. The furniture and carpet were both very dated and dirty. What made things worse was the staff experience. Several employees were gathered outside the front door smoking, and even though we stood at the counter in plain sight, none of them made any effort to greet us or help. Overall, the property feels neglected and poorly managed. Definitely would not stay here again.

    Staff at front desk were excellent. Rooms very dated with many not repaired issues. Non attached fixtures in bathroom sink. Wall mounted hairdryer didnt work but front desk staff rapidly brought a replacement. Showerhead was weak. Tub lack hand grips and tub floor has painful bumps pre fabed into it and was extremely slick. Dirty bowl left in microwave. Every fan in the building sounds like it's on its last legs rattling non stop. Elevator slower than molasses and door had sensor issues. Dirty trash receptacles in hall ways. Needs serious updating to stay in IHG family or get down graded to a motel 6. Not a value for the cost at all.

    Nice for an overnight stay right off of the highway. Clean, comfortable, quiet, safe. Many nearby restaurants and gas stations.
