  Update (in response): I do not believe it was bed bugs as I dont have any rash like or bites on me. My guess was the detergent. However, I use Original Tide at home. Perhaps it was one of the scented versions of Tide (the floral makes me itchy). The tile was most certainly loose as I stepped on it and could feel it wiggle. Perhaps the carpets were cleaned recently, as you state, but were oversaturated and didnt dry properly, they were crunchy underneath my feet. And I appreciate your approval to stay wherever I would like. Polite staff and decent breakfast. Not sure if it was bed bugs, but I was itchy and felt like I had things crawling all over me once I layed down. A lot of noise from the highway. Carpets haven't been cleaned in years, had that crunchy feel and sound to them. No USB ports, no sleep timer on television. Floor tiles in bathroom need grout, can feel them move underneath your feet. For $100+ per night, just get an air bnb. Or go stay at The Doubletree (way better location).

  Very dark and depressing. Old and not updated on anything. They will rob you of your rewards points. Feels like the floor is gonna fall through in the bathroom. Doesn’t smell the best either. The breakfast was decent though.

  I came here for a work meeting. The conference room was OK but you were either freezing or burning up. When we got to check into our rooms the first room I got when I walked in the door was a hot muggy 80° room when I tried to use the table lamp, it kept flashing and flickered off. I went down to the front desk told them that it was hot in the room and the light wasn’t working and they told me to just adjust the thermostat. I said the thermostat shows it set on 65 yet the was room is 80°. They gave me another room on the third floor, which by the way, the elevator is not working so I climbed three flights of stairs to the next room which was cooler but the thermostat was still off. Says it was 68° in here felt more like 72 to 73. Was going to put some food in the microwave to warm up and the microwave was filthy and dirty. The room was dusty. The chair and couch had several stains and need a good vacuuming and spot clean. The bedspreads need washed. You could see some staining around the edges all in all, not really pleased with the room.

  Hannah was informing, polite in making our reservation. On arrival the next day we meet. She is personal, proficnal, a great way to check-in after a long day of driving.
