  John was very polite and helpful checking us in for our overnight stay. The next morning, Stevie put out an delicious breakfast spread! Major kudos to this amazing team! We were very satisfied with the room quality, room sizes, service and responsiveness. Will definitely be staying there again!

  This hotel was amazing upon arrival! Super friendly staff and the rooms were spacious and cozy. The kitchenette was complete with all amenities. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and delicious. The one downside to this facility is that the pool was closed for the season even though the weather was more than accommodating.

  So many issues in less than 24hours. Biggest issue is bedbugs. 1. Hotel charged us $1600 for 3 nights because they didn’t know how to operate the system. 2. They changed the reservation from 3nights to 1 without consulting us. 3. They checked us into a room in the system and put us in a different room. 4, key not working so staff had to escort us to the room each time. 4. Staff shouted out room numbers in the lobby. 5. Housekeeping was letting people into the rooms without verifying occupants. 6. Towels and sheets had hair and stains without us using them. 7. GM Tom took zero responsibility and kicked us out because we asked to be walked to a new hotel. 8. The breakfast staff said quote “y’all are doing too much” when we asked if they had more tea bags because the container was empty. The GM stated he had no interest in assisting us. He asked quote “how do we know the room had bedbugs”. We took video, pictures and had a housekeeping manager confirm. She confirmed the hotel was having bedbug issues. He told us to tell Jimmy Taylor (the IHG VP) “Hi” when we file a complaint. We rolled with the issues until the bedbugs and were treated like less than dog poop in the end.

  Horrendous costumer service, 10/10 would never stay here again. The are rude for no reason and should get out of the costumer service business entirely. The “manager” is incapable of managing his zipper let alone a hotel
