Room had several issues: fridge/freezer broke (lost $30 of BBQ), closet door fell off hinges, toilet paper holder missing. Counter staff not the friendliest, not concerned about the issues we had. Would not stay here again.

I had a issue in my room with the A/C unit and a worker named Alex was able to take care of it. I will say when I come back I will use this place again.

Staff is awful and management will never call you back. Lies and the run around is all I got. Finally had to dispute with the credit card company. No one here cares. Do not stay here!!

She added sausage to the gravy so it wasnt just canned gravy to go with the biscuits. The next day the eggs she added cheese was a nice touch. The bad is the condition of the rooms. The bathroom, the tile floor was all busted and coming up. It appeared that they tried to fix but it looks worse. The sink was slow draining so I got to see my shaving remnants everyday. Bi fold door hardware falling off. The utility closet was unsecured and had wires exposed. Outlet in kitchen missing cover. No silverware in the kitchen. The bed was comfy but thats about it for the room Of maintenance cared as much as the front of house staff this could be a great place.

Customers were a bother (multiple customers rang desk bell and waited about 10 min. Only to find out she was about 8 ft away in office behind desk (door open) and she ignored the desk bell bc she was busy. Never smiled, was short with each of 3 customers who were patiently waiting, made excuses and T. M. I. complaining. Does not like her job obviously. Made customers (not just myself) feel like we were bothering her and not just once multiple times. I would give this place a 5 star review but, customers should be welcomed not talked down to or ignored We have stayed at different stay bridge suites and this is first time we ran into a negative staff member. Usually they get a 5 star ... Other than this woman it was excellent!
