    We stayed 12/20 - 12/22 and were very disappointed with our stay. The room appeared clean however that was lie. My husband woke up with red itchy bites from BED BUGS! We took pictures filed a compliant had a worker come to the room to confirm there were indeed bed bugs on the box spring. Room 211 is infested with bed bugs we have yet to hear back from management for compensation. Our luggage had to be thrown away. The staff were quick to dry our cloths but no response or follow ups regarding our claim. Overall our experience has not been pleasant and hoping to hear back from corporate soon what a nightmare.

    Can I give them 0 stars. Marijuana smell in lobby, elevator and hallways. After 12 hrs driving with small children, get to our room and immediately see a stinkbug crawling on the pillow of the bed the kids were going to be on. Front desk lady unconcerned and says she’s the only one there so she cannot leave the desk and cannot help. Then the bathtub is broken and cracked and my kids buts were scratched from the cracks and missing parts in the tub bottom. Then as we’re laying down to go to sleep, I realized the temp in the room was raising and the air was not on. Window unit had no power. Called front desk again and she said she’s not allowed in room, no maintenance person on sight so she cannot help. All the while I could see mold in the air unit, could smell it and I had a splitting headache almost immediately after entering the building. So at 9:30pm We had to pack up all our stuff and leave to a hotel down the street - where my headache immediately vanished. Still waiting to hear if we will get a refund. We were there maybe an hour and a half. I do not recommend this place at all.

    This place is a dump! We booked this hotel for the night based on the great reviews for cleanliness but the room was dirty and had so many questionable stains everywhere! Don’t stay here - it is gross!

    Brenda was a wealth of information and hospitality when I called to ask questions about this property. It was so nice having my phone call answered by a warm and helpful person than an automated system. It wasn’t what I expected, but a pleasant surprise.
