Great mattress and okay coffee! That's all I can about this place. I won't bother to submit negative comments about the broken pool/hottub, that's been in repair for months; or the water pressure and absence of hot water for the shower (others reviews have covered this enough); or the tub that doesn't drain, so my feet got to take a soap scum bath. I won't mention the wires sticking out of the wall near the AC, or dead spiders along the edge of the carpet they didn't vacuum. I wanna keep this positive, so I'll say if you don't mind a lot of broken stuff in your hotel experience, and love a comfy mattress plus drink coffee, then this is your place :)

This Holiday Inn was fine, good for the money as it was priced right.
Only a few things, very low water pressure in the sink, the bathroom light was just a light up frame around the mirror. This made it hard to see, was like trying to comb the hair on a shadow. Haha
The bathroom fan also was extremely loud. But there was a microwave, which other places are starting to forgo, the location was nice for going to Kc Chiefs/ Royals games, and there is plenty to eat near by.

Terrible place I made a reservation online going in I told the front desk took my card to charge it to tell me my reservation couldn’t be found so I just asked if there where more rooms with double bed because at this point I’m to tired to argue he stated yes then went to book me for it just to tell me in the middle of the reservation booking that he apologized it’s a king bed and a pull out couch bed after driving for 16 hrs I had not choice but to take it being left with no other choice needless to say I am not happy with my experience or the fact that I have to pay now the same price for one bed that I was going to pay for 2 beds

Rooms were clean , staff was helpful and friendly. Clean laundry rooms, great free breakfast. Dog friendly, lots of grassy areas to walk your dogs. Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants. Lots of parking, I was pulling a travel trailer and never had a problem. Safe area , parking area well lit.
The bad stuff-indoor pool was shut down. When you exit the back door( that’s where my room was located, key card would not let me re-enter ,so I had to walk around to the front door each time. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
