    Cross country trip, checked in very late. Slept a few hours and caught a great breakfast the next day

    Watch the room prices closely! I stayed toward the end of August and the day off the hotel lowered by room rate from 134.10 to 98.10 but would not honor the reduced rate, since the 134.10 rate was locked in through the app. Now I know hotel prices fluctuate a few dollars by the day, it seems they wanted to soak me with the original booking. I traveled 10 hours to get there, I am not going to have time to sit on the app while I am driving to monitor prices. As this is my first stay with this hotel and hotel chain, this leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and will instead take my business to other chains where I don't need to worry about if I am truly getting an honest rate. -- Point of clarification, this orignal booking was made directly through the bestwestern.com website/Best Western app, not a different 3rd party site

    The hotel was nice The staff was good The rooms were clean The only issue which is pretty much a non-issue is that they had six HBO channels and all of them were in Spanish
