  We are staying at the Candlewood Suites. We are the guests in Room 123. For our weekly cleaning service, we kindly request the following: 1.,Please change the bed sheets. 2. Please clean the bathroom and the bathtub. 3. Please vacuum and clean the floor. *Please do NOT organize or move anything on the desk. *Please do NOT touch any kitchenware. Thank you! B.   I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund. It took a hour to check me in. A new person learning....train them prior to guests arriving with a training system. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key initially. The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response and no microwave to use during our stay. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. There were black hairs in the bathroom, we don't have black hair. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available. It was convenient to shopping, the kitchen area was nice, the desk space was really nice.

  Was able to check in like an hour early. Great location for the concert we went to. It was within walking distance of the cable dahmer arena. Only like a 3 block walk. Room was clean. Had no issues at all. Free on site parking.

  Rooms where clean, staff was nice. The reason for 3 stars is there was a black tesla model 3 parked in the destination charger. It has been there everything I stayed and all day. This is selfish and rude. I can only assume its an employees car.

  DO NOT SUPOORT THIS HOTEL THEY STEAL AND MISS MANAGEMENT people property STARTING WITH Daryll who lied and let our property walk away . My recent experience prior to departure was commensurate with the price point. We concluded a three-day stay with my fiancée and our two children. The issue arose upon our departure, as we inadvertently left a Christmas bag intended for the children in the closet. We promptly contacted Candlewood, who confirmed possession of the item and assured us it would be held. My fiancée subsequently traveled out of town. Upon her return, we attempted to retrieve the bag, only to discover that Candlewood had misplaced it. This bag contained Christmas presents for our children, and its confirmed possession and promised safekeeping were explicitly acknowledged by your staff. I find this level of irresponsibility concerning. Furthermore, when inquiring about your company's policy, which states a 30-day holding period, no satisfactory explanation or assistance was provided. It appears that customer care diminishes significantly once payment has been rendered.
