I was on the fence about whether or not I would book a room here, but I was curious about whether or not this hotel asks for a deposit or hold to book. I tried to call three times and no one answered. I took that as my sign that I should probably look elsewhere for accommodations. The price was pretty good, but I didn't want to risk any surprise charges. It looks like it's a pretty nice hotel, too. I won't book here, though, since no one answered the phone.

Deidra is a wonderful front desk person. Excellent professionalism, kindness, and service.
I’ve stayed at this location multiple times as an aircraft mechanic contractor. Always clean, room is always stocked with essential items like soap, shampoo, clothes bag, etc.
Rooms are always odor free and always clean.
My first stay was quiet, other stay I’ve had loud upstairs “neighbors.” Only complaint would be that if my card isn’t on the door, then I want room service.

Here for a week, so far, it's a good experience. Carpet needs to be cleaned, foods and trash throughout the floors. Refrigerator not really cold. Cobwebs in corners of the ceiling by the windows. I thoroughly cleaned myself. Just respect my privacy. No services needed.

We recently stayed one night here and were glad to leave. When we walked in it smelt like cigarette and other kinds of smoke, possibly from the staff and others smoking right outside the doors as people are going in and out. Downstairs looks pretty nice but the rooms were outdated and the carpets needed a deep clean. The walls are thin enough you can hear the people on the other side of the walls talking. The bathroom lights barely lit up the bathroom but it was enough to see the old toenail/fingernail clippings left on the sink counter, the mold all along the bottom of the shower curtain and all the hair and whatever else stuck to the hairdryer.

I wouldn't stay again. There's definitely better hotels within in the area I'm sure. If you have a lot more things planned in the city or South I wouldn't recommend that hotel. Breakfast was good and maybe the first and last day that we were there. Making sure there's enough food it's something they have to work on if they advertise continental breakfast. In order to wash clothes you have to have a credit card. Parking filled up fast but there's still be some on the side of the building.
