I am a General Manager at a Best Western plus In Missouri and I use this Best Western for Majority of My previous visits to stl However this visit was the worst and I’m not sure if I will be back to this location. They were out of complimentary amenities like toothbrushes, I had to remind the front desk twice for fresh face towels which took about 40min before I received them. The absolute biggest thing was the stains all over the mattress pad and protector. The sheets on top of the pad and protector where clean but as I been working for Best Western For several years I have made it custom to gather the towels and sheets to make it easier for housekeepers. I was told I should have said something at check in but you wouldn’t see it unless you strip the entire top of the Sheets which I shouldn’t not have to strip the entire bed as soon as I check in. There was an old pair of socks left under the chair in the room. To know that this was under the clean sheets we slept on was absolutely disgusting.

Front Desk associate very prompt in supplying these items. Staff was very friendly at check in, breakfast area and checking out. This location is pet friendly, which was a primary factor in choosing the facility. Easy off and on from I-270.
