Next day I had even more bites on my body and the ones on my arm have caused my arm to swell up. Expedia and bestwestern.com show rooms as having microwaves but they don't. The breakfast is also subpar compared to other best westerns, no potatoes, no biscuits, no gravy. Update: Anita immediately offered us another room. Service was good and they've tried to make us as comfortable as possible.
- BBBenDec 18, 20251.0The lobby and halls have a heavy smell of smoke. My room had a bed bug crawling around on my pillow and bed, I reported it to the front desk. Then they got me a second room, that one had a damaged HVAC unit where the display wasnt working and it was stuck on the heat mode so the room was 90 degrees, and then the third room had a really loud HVAC unit so I kept it shut off. I don't recommend getting a room here.
