  Clean hotel. Comfortable bed with new mattress. Comfortable pillow. kind people run the hotel. There was a big rust stain in the tub? Or something? Maybe it could be bleached. Otherwise maybe a sign that says "this isn't dirt, it's a stain" or something.

  Everything was great. 2 rooms for a 13th year old birthday sleepover. Customer service was amazing and very nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. From my daughter's pov: Room was 10, Pool was 10 and breakfast was 15. Would definitely choose again.

  I was literally after multiple times Theo the years and 3 days in a row out of no where after just paying for my 2 rd day to stay then was harassed and treated so poorly with no given reason te only thing it could’ve been drom the moment to then was me calling the office to complain o one of the older women workers opening my room door unannounced Ann that I wasn’t Indian I was just a white women

  I was very displeased with my stay. I am a General Manager at a Best Western plus In Missouri and I use this Best Western for Majority of My previous visits to stl However this visit was the worst and I’m not sure if I will be back to this location. They were out of complimentary amenities like toothbrushes, I had to remind the front desk twice for fresh face towels which took about 40min before I received them. The absolute biggest thing was the stains all over the mattress pad and protector. The sheets on top of the pad and protector where clean but as I been working for Best Western For several years I have made it custom to gather the towels and sheets to make it easier for housekeepers. I was told I should have said something at check in but you wouldn’t see it unless you strip the entire top of the Sheets which I shouldn’t not have to strip the entire bed as soon as I check in. There was an old pair of socks left under the chair in the room. To know that this was under the clean sheets we slept on was absolutely disgusting.
