- MAMiranda ArmanDec 29, 20252.0On entering it seems like a nice hotel. And overall I think it is. However, our comforter had several spots on it that tells me it was NOT washed. Makeup on the fold down part, a big yellow stain on the bottom, and another unknown spot. Unfortunately my son was already in it and asleep when I noticed these. Having to sleep on the blanket (wouldn’t get under it) made me feel very uncomfortable and I didn’t sleep well. There were also several large stains on the carpet in our room. For $181 a night on a Sunday, you expect a clean room. This was absolutely unacceptable.

The pullout bed had popcorn in it, but aside from that the room was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and it's close to the interstate. We've stayed at this hotel twice already driving from Houston and have had a good experience each time.

I would recommend Doug for a bonus of some kind, all the staff was pleasant, we were very pleased with our stay, I would recommend this hotel for a nice place to stay. We stayed at the Festus Missouri location. Thank you Anthony Gonzalez
- PSPetra SailorsNov 27, 20255.0Wow! Cannot send enough gratitude to Mcenzie at the fetus location, I am originally from Oregon, driving across the U.S to NC! Unfortunately had the worst experience with road rage in St. Louis the evening of my stay, I called in a complete panic, she was so amazing trying to help me calm down, she assuredme I would be coming to a safe place where not only myself and my pets would be comfortable but? also ensured me that my car and rooftop cargo would be monitor with cameras. They offered clean rooms and a wonderful breakfast in the morning, everything and everybody exceeded my expectations. I can say with absolute certainty that I would recommend this hotel to anyone at any point.
