- JPJim PhilipsJan 5, 20265.0Last weekend our family celebrated a delayed Christmas celebration. EVERY hotel employee we encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful. Two we had most interaction with were Morgan and Carnelius. Both of them made our weekend get together pleasant and memorable!

The cleanest rooms, the most comfortable beds and it is decorated thoughtfully and beautifully for Christmas. Every staff member that we have met has been kind and gracious. We highly recommend staying here.

Gloria, Morgan, Courtney, Maddie, Shanda and Carnelius are ALL top Front Desk employees (from making noisy guests quiet down at 2am, to making cookies, and then helping me with details of my stay)! Tara is wonderful in Food Service (keeping everything stocked)! ALL housekeeping that I have come in contact with (sorry I don't know individual names, but they were all wonderful). I left dirty towels outside my door and came back each day to clean towels in a bag outside the door)! I gave this location and 5 star rating, but they are definitely worth that and more! Keep up the great Customer Service and stay friendly! See you all again soon!
- JTJackson ToughDec 9, 20254.0Stayed here December 2025. This was our first time at this property. Standard Holiday Inn. Room was tidy and clean. Upon arrival I requested extra coffee creamer and an extra blanket. Had a complimentary hot chocolate (with mini marshmallows). Staff were very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The complimentary BREAKFAST was REALLY good. I was impressed. Not just a bagel and banana (although those were available). It also included simple cheese omelets, bacon, turkey sausage, biscuits, gravy, breakfast potatoes, yogurt, cereal, and more. Price was reasonable and we would stay again.
- BBBrenda BluntDec 8, 20254.0Pros: Good location, responsive front desk especially when I had to book another room at last minute. Cons: One of the hotel rooms (King Suite) we reserved was dated. Wallpaper had seen better days. Bathroom was odd shaped and toilet was very low. There was a jet tub in the room and the ceramic flooring was cracked in spots. Old worn looking electrical sockets, poor lighting and none of the lamps had electrical outlets at the bottom.
