    I spent 4 nights at this location due to our recent snow apocalypse. My room was spacious, comfortable, and white glove clean. I was worried I wouldn't get much rest due to my room being near the exit, but it was very quiet. I slept like a baby. My breakfast was hot and fresh and the staff was exceptional. I highly recommend stopping here if you want the very best.

    Everything was great until I got on the bed. The comforter smelled like urine. I called housekeeping and they changed the set. Really bad experience. I will never stay at Holiday Inn Express again.

    I've stayed in IHG hotels over 300 nights this year as a Diamond Elite member, and I've never experienced anything like this. I was hit with a fraudulent $50 charge for "feces on the floor" with zero proof-despite having no pets. Staff refused to provide evidence, lied about the situation, and even subjected me to verbal harassment by calling me "nasty" while making defamatory insinuations about human waste. The room was spotless when I stayed and checked out—whatever mess they claim happened afterward is on them, raising potential health and safety concerns. I've made multiple calls to hotel management with no callbacks and no resolution. This feels like a deliberate violation of guest rights and IHG Rewards Club terms. At this point, I don't care about the $50-they can keep it-but I do care about the false accusations and lies. I'm standing on principle against sketchy, unprofessional staff. This behavior violates IHG standards, damages brand integrity, and requires corporate intervention to ensure accountability and prevent reputational harm. This hotel is completely untrustworthy. I'm posting this as a formal complaint because multiple attempts to resolve it directly with the hotel have failed. Escalation to corporate is needed for a full investigation. I am requesting the following: 1. Original photos with timestamps that were allegedly taken in my room. 2. Records of all housekeeping visits or cleanings during my stay. 3. Key entry data showing who entered my room and at what times. 4. A formal written apology from the hotel for the false accusation, verbal harassment, and unprofessional behavior. At this point, my goal is not the $50-they can keep it-but to ensure accountability, integrity, and adherence to IHG standards.
