If there was a option for a zero star thats what I would have picked that its crazy you pay $200 for a room and then you go down for some breakfast and get moldy biscuits. We even let them know at the front desk and they never offered any kind of discount on the room. All they said was we are gonna go check on those right now thats not right we will fix it.

night staff when checking in and over night were very nice and helpful. Day staff seemed not very pleasant while walking back to my room like 2 steps away a woman shouted at me to find out what I was doing in the hotel. After stating I was waiting to check out I was questioned if it was my room. Very odd seeing the I had eaten the breakfast and had past by the desk a few time already and there were "no checks".kind of made me feel unwelcome. That being said room was mid nothing special. The breakfast was mid as well had tho I stuck to the pre made stuff provided not eating from the buffet as it look like it was being held at proper Temps by the holding pans. So over all experience very lacking.

Worst front desk experience ever!
PS: I don't plan on ever stepping back there again. So don't try too hard! Pretty sure you won't.

Well would have been 5 But needed ❄ ice was only on 1st floor, spent time looking for ice with a hand injury. The check in people couldn't check me in , maybe wifi. Other than highly recommend
