I was astonished at check in: As I was walking toward the entrance, a car came whipping around at high speed, a young boy running away from it. I was ready to ask the boy if he was okay, but then a 4-5 year old came running from the opposite direction. They were both trying to track down the youngster that came from the other direction. It was explained to me that there was a "birthday party" in the hotel (not going in the pool now!). Then I was told by the front desk guy (James) that "kids are unpredictable" and this should be seen as somewhat normal. In following discussion he told me he had no kids, but continued to maintain that this type of thing is "normal". There was also a lady in the parking lot sitting in her car - perhaps one of the parents of the birthday party? James had no problem with this, either. I can't believe what is passing as 'normal' in this hotel and the negligence associated. It's a miracle that neither kids running in the parking lot weren't run down accidentally. At some point this type of 'normal' behavior will lead to tragedy and the lawsuits that commonly follow...

Quiet hotel with nicely accommodating rooms - refrigerator and microwave, lots of towels. The beds are very high so you may need a boost up with older or people w mobility issues. The breakfast was very good - prepared oatmeal in a warm pot with some topping selections. The coffee was empty but the associate in the area refilled it and got me a fresh cup as soon as it was brewed! Very good service. Digital key system was great! Parking was close to an entrance.

The carpet was more stain than not. The room smelled rough. I stay at Hilton properties almost exclusively. I’ll avoid this one next time I’m in Farmington. You should too. This place is sorely in need of a remodel

From the housekeepers saying good morning to the cleanliness of their rooms, to the incredible fitness center and breakfast, this place was a wonderful hotel to stay visiting a friend in the area. I would recommend to anyone!
