  This is a pretty, and large, hotel. Everything is so convenient from our room. Great place for families to stay! The pool and play area is just fun. Planning on having breakfast in the HayMarket Restaurant. There’s a great history at this hotel. You’ll get that when you check in. Very nice lady at the desk that gave us really good useful information! Our room is very clean!! Beds comfy!

  Only problem and is kinda big is they charged me for the room and I had already paid. Now because it was cash app it'll take 10 or more days to return when im on vacation with my kids. Thats a big bummer.

  The hotel is definitely dated. I love the pool side rooms. We where there on a rainy weekend and there was buckets all through the pool area. Roof was leaking terribly. The bar in pool area was good. If your hungry there is a resturant but its very average breakfast buffet was disappointing! If your taking the family with small kids to swim perfect hotel.

  We had sort of an unusual experience that led to our need of a room here. We were hit by a drunk driver on the on ramp to the highway just in front of this hotel and were stranded there while waiting on his insurance to assume liability. They were so incredibly nice and helped us out with discounts, coupons and free food vouchers. I will be forever grateful to the wonderful staff at this hotel and should we ever be back in the area, this will be my number 1 pick for lodging. I'd give them more stars if it was possible.

  Came here with my two granddaughters for a mini vacation. When I read the amenities, I thought it sounded perfect. I thought they could swim and enjoy the recreational facilities, and that I would be able to relax in the hot tub. When I went to the hot tub, there were at the very least 10 kids in there under the age of eight, swimming, playing ball, and screaming . I was unable to use the hot tub since it was taken over by children. I called the front desk because you’re not supposed to be in the hot tub unless you’re 14. They said they would have someone check. A man came down, you could tell he did not want to tell them to get out, he acted as though whoever complained was being nit-picky. I just stayed in the room, not being able to use any of the amenities since it was overrun by kids, and parents who think the rules don’t apply to them! I’m disgusted with the lack of concern the staff had for making this enjoyable for everyone by just enforcing the rules.
