  Edited- we were in the hall around 8 pm(I doubt everyone you claimed called was sleeping)for the exact amount of time it took for their dad to go outside and smoke a single cigarette. You had a guest follow us to the room and as soon as their parents came up the elevator and we went inside, the phone rang. The lady who called had an attitude. Period. It wasn’t what she said but how she said it. I will be taking whatever surveys I get from Hilton because when she comes up for a review for a raise. I want them to know she was not nice about it. Also, with respect to the pool, it was not filtering properly or the chemicals were not balanced. My family broke out in a terrible rash and you all offered a single packet of Benadryl saying they could purchase additional ones for the rest of the family. I am here visiting with my niece and nephew. Both kids have some challenges. They were getting some energy out in the hallway for about 10 minutes. Not one minute after I returned to my room, the girl at the desk called me with a nasty attitude and told me they must stay in the room. Seek first to understand and check your attitude. It takes nothing to be kind. This hotel is not disability friendly. I will put in my own complaint about her to corporate. The onlt thing nice about this hotel is that it was new and closer to their house. The kids actually asked me to rebook at the Hampton Inn in Poplar Bluff the next time we visit.

  The newly constructed hotel has an awesome entry/ common area and a bar! The hallways seem wider and of course everything is new!

  Seemed all good. Unless you book during a time the owners are having a party. Nothing like getting off a 12 hour shift to go back to your hotel to find there is zero parking, only to be told “the owners and investors are having a party and they understand there is no parking at this time”. So you may pay to have a room, but not parking. -Annoyed Traveling Healthcare Worker.
