    Have to pay for breakfast, room hardly had any toilet paper in the bathroom. Had to go to front desk to get more. Room is clean, but shower head wouldn't hold itself up. Currently doing renovations in lobby, but overall, would stay here again.

    Not all ihg hotels are the same. There is the holiday inn Columbia suites about 3 miles away that is refreshed a few months ago, and I should have paid the extra 6 dollars to stay there. As I entered this location, it was clear it was under construction. I waited 20 minutes in line, at 9:30pm to get checked in. Their computers and credit card machines were having issues so there was a gentleman trying to pay for his bar tab at the front desk. He ended up agreeing to pay in cash and left a tip for his bartender. The bartender came by a few minutes later and asked if the tip was for her, and the dishonest lady said "no, he left that for me". Their credit card machines would not accept a chip transaction. She asked for cash and ended up taking my debit card and punched in my card number three times in to her terminal. This is the type of third world theft and corruption that you would see in very poor countries. Luckily I rarely use this debit card and when this lady does her scam, I can refer to this and sue ihg for any troubles caused by their employee. At the end of my interaction, she gave me a coupon for free breakfast and said "sorry it took so long to check you in. I'm gifting you with free breakfast because of the wait". The room was dusty. The decor was from the 90s. The water pressure was non-existent and the shower was lukewarm. I've been loyal to igh for years, but after this I'll be looking at other hotels for my travels.

    Great location, clean hotel. Restaurant in the hotel, but not much within walking distance. Little bit of road noise, but other than that a great stay!
