Our room was huge, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the ceilings. Our room mistakenly was missing sheets for the pullout couch/bed, I stopped by the lobby to ask for some, and a very nice employee said he was about to be off shift and would grab them for me. Moments later, multiple check ins started arriving along with a discrepancy with a guest, who was not very happy. The employee handled the issue with the most grace, professionalism and patience! They went above and beyond to fix the issue for the guest while remaining extremely kind and respectful. The employee then grabbed sheets and apologized for the delay. I wish we had been up early enough to grab breakfast because it smelled amazing! Location, cleanliness, staff, customer service: all reasons we will stay again!

- BLBrian LathamSep 14, 20251.0It’s family weekend at Mizzou so of course the Holiday Inn EXPRESS charges $1200.00 for TWO nights. No microwave, no refrigerator, ZERO coffee pods for our room. And all for the price of an all inclusive trip to Mexico you get ZERO. Even though we are IHG rewards members I will be sure to book the Hampton Inn next year.
