- MMMike MDec 19, 20251.0i am a frequent Holiday Inn guests always in their suits. But this one was a total wreck. extremely poor service. Stayed 3 nights. rooms not cleaned. Despite the fact i personally reminded the front desk before we left on the 3rd night to have my room cleaned. We returned at 7 pm and rooms not cleaned. I would never return to this holiday Inn again Of course that would be your reply. you have a job to do. to protect your hotel. Else you be fired !! i understand BUT DO NOT LIE. Both my wife and I told the front desk before we left at 10 am to make sure our room was cleaned when we returned later that evening and IT WAS NOT. Pictures shows clearly !!

Our room was huge, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the ceilings. Our room mistakenly was missing sheets for the pullout couch/bed, I stopped by the lobby to ask for some, and a very nice employee said he was about to be off shift and would grab them for me. Moments later, multiple check ins started arriving along with a discrepancy with a guest, who was not very happy. The employee handled the issue with the most grace, professionalism and patience! They went above and beyond to fix the issue for the guest while remaining extremely kind and respectful. The employee then grabbed sheets and apologized for the delay. I wish we had been up early enough to grab breakfast because it smelled amazing! Location, cleanliness, staff, customer service: all reasons we will stay again!
