The hotel kindly called and explained the best way to retrieve the item since we had left the area. Paula (hoping I have her name correct) was very friendly, helpful and courteous in packing my item up and seeing that it was sent.

Jacob was one of the best customer service representatives I have seen in any industry. The rooms were spacious, clean and inviting. Only issue: Hot tub jets didnt work, but even then the pool room was a 10/10. I will be staying here for all of my Jefferson City/Columbia travels.
