He was warm, approachable, and his friendly smile truly brightened our evening. For the points we redeemed, the hotel offered an average value. The room felt quite dated—the bathroom faucet was dripping with water and I had difficulty shutting it down. The suite furnitures and sofa were old, and the carpet had noticeable stains. It’s definitely not a newer property. We did appreciate the convenient location right off the freeway. However, considering the number of points required, I could have chosen a newer hotel in the area, so I don’t plan to stay here again in the future.

However, this one did have some points that I found important to bring up. The breakfast seemed inadequate for $13 for looks to be the equivalent of a Holiday Inn Express breakfast is a little cheeky and I don't appreciate that. Also, the room did seem to be a little tired but was clean; it might need a little bit of a facelift in a couple of years here. Overall, it's a good stopover and the price was decent for the neighborhood, and it was convenient to get around to the other parts of Colombia.
