- HLHaylee LewisDec 20, 20251.0BED BUGS!! immediately found bed bugs upon checking. Not the bigger beetle/bug in the pic, but if you zoom in, the bed bugs are all the smaller bugs! Got transferred to a different room at 1am, and the next room they moved us to was clearly a previously smoked in room. Wasn’t clean. Also bed bugs as well. We were too tired to go to a different hotel. Check in lady seemed unphased like this happens all the time. Stay away!!

Staff at the desk were friendly and helpful, but the room we were given had an overpowering smell of urine when we arrived. I understand it was a pet room, but more attention should be paid to room inspection before guests arrive.
