- DBDavid BossFeb 15, 20264.0The hotel was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and parking was felt safe and secure. Pool was not really available as it was really cold. Breakfast was good. They had Scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, sausage links and biscuits. waffle maker. All the other standard things you would expect as well. Staff was friendly.

The bed was so so curved and sinking down in middle, I couldn't sleep. My back hurted, I felt like I am sleeping in Hammock which is not ideal for sleeping. Ask the manager if they could change your room, I did not because I was tired already and was just for a night.

The lady who answered phone just says hello, ugh is this BWP Columbia MO I ask. Very unprofessional people work here and according to the reviews I can see why.. Not all BEST WESTERN HOTELS have RV parking which I understand completely,, but everyone I've stayed at accommodated RV parking, that is why my status is where it's at,, AS AN ELITE DIAMOND SELECT MEMBER YOU'LL NEVER RECEIVE MY BUSINESS!!
