I stayed for a night in the ADA room which is in ground floor. Thats the best I could get at the time of booking. The bed was so so curved and sinking down in middle, I couldn't sleep. My back hurted, I felt like I am sleeping in Hammock which is not ideal for sleeping. Ask the manager if they could change your room, I did not because I was tired already and was just for a night.

NEVER RECEIVE MY BUSINESS. Verification of call!! 12/14/2025 Just called this hotel to see if they accommodate RV parking.. The lady who answered phone just says hello, ugh is this BWP Columbia MO I ask. Very unprofessional people work here and according to the reviews I can see why.. Not all BEST WESTERN HOTELS have RV parking which I understand completely,, but everyone I've stayed at accommodated RV parking, that is why my status is where it's at,, AS AN ELITE DIAMOND SELECT MEMBER YOU'LL NEVER RECEIVE MY BUSINESS!!

I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Columbia, MO during the week of Thanksgiving and had a great experience. The entire hotel was clean, smelled nice, and felt well taken care of. My room was excellent—no complaints at all—and made for a very comfortable stay. The gym was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. It didn’t have cleaning supplies available, but otherwise it was great to use. Breakfast each morning was more than enough with plenty of options. Parking was a good size as well; the only thing to note is that the lot is mainly in the back and there’s no entrance on that side, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I had a really positive stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!
