    THIEVES!!— STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I’ve traveled enough to know the difference between an honest mistake and outright negligence, and what happened during my stay here was absolutely unacceptable. I left my Apple Watch charging in my room before heading out for the morning. When I returned, it was GONE. There is no other explanation to what had happened other than housekeeping being the only one in my room that day and stealing it. My “Find My” app even pinged it three blocks away, before it was conveniently turned off. That alone tells you everything you need to know. Then—get this—the hotel calls me DAYS later claiming they “found an Apple Watch” in the parking garage. They send a photo. Not my watch. It felt like someone panicked after hearing the police were involved and tossed a new stolen one to cover their tracks. Completely ridiculous. I filed a police report, an incident report, and waited for their insurance carrier to handle it. What followed was SIX MONTHS of silence, broken only when I chased them down week after week. Their final response? Claim denied. “No negligence.” Unreal. This was never about the $300. I already replaced the watch. It’s the principle — the refusal to take responsibility, the dismissive insurance process, and the fact that a guest’s property can disappear from a supposedly secure room with zero accountability. If you value your belongings, your time, or your sanity, stay anywhere else. This experience was beyond disappointing — it was infuriating.

    9Feb2026 The room was immaculate. Rachel what's so professional and courteous. Additionally, she was able to forward a digital key upon request. This really made the extended drive worth it. Additionally Rachel was able to give Pepsid Ac TUM (free of charge.) Plenty of luggage carts. Veronica call me in the morning a had maintenance attend a clogged shower. Additionally she had a very friendly room service girl complete a turndown morning room cleanup ( Restocking towels and toilet paper making bed & Toilet Cleanup)

    Safe area. Excellent staff who act professionally and have positive, friendly attitudes. The staff is of a quality I'd expect to pay much more for a room. Cleanest common area I think I've seen in a Hampton in years.

    Pretty disappointed in our stay here. The beds are as firm as boards. It's like sleeping on concrete. The room has paint chips and a general feel of not being updated in 40 years. Our shower gel container was empty (had to wash with the sink hand soap). The room as well was a very warm 76 degrees the entire stay. Even though we set the thermostat to 70 degrees and the fan to high. Will def find another hotel the next time we come into town.
