The ac unit on the wall wasn't working . Called and she came up to look at it and couldn't fix it. The shower glass had soap on it. Over all breakfast was good everyone was very nice. The pool wasn't open at all..... asked about it at the front t desk and she said it was going to be open later Friday night. When my mom arrived Saturday with the rest of the family she asked about the pool and was told it wasn't available cause the roof was falling over the pool. Should have said that when I checked in Friday.

I hate to leave a bad review but do so in hopes these things are addressed. The hotel was perfectly fine for one night. The staff were nice and so were the rooms bed etc. However
The breakfast while it had all the usual offerings was just not as good unfortunately. The pancakes were chewy and eggs were watery. The cinnamon rolls are usually my favorite and they were hard with not much flavor. We didn’t hardly eat anything and usually holiday inn breakfast is a 10/10. The other main issue was the floors. I had walked from the bathroom to the bed and my feet felt icky after my shower so I wiped them off and they were black! The floors are a type of wood and are obviously not mopped. It really grossed me out and made me feel the room was not very clean. I hope they will fix those things and the hotel will be up to holiday inn standards. No other issues and would stay again if in the area just will being extra socks or shoes.

Came here during a business trip, the room was great, the bed was comfy. The breakfast was also ok. For this price, it was a good choice.
